How can I avoid copyright?

So on my most recent "video" I got it blocked by Hasbro world wide. I put clips in the video without narration and i think that's the problem, but i did the same for my last video. So how do I prevent this?

Copyright is a very tricky thing. You can get into trouble for posting a video of grand theft auto if you don't mute the radio in the cars, because you don't have the rights to that song. People get that picky about their copyrighted property. The reality is that you can never really get past it without actual permission from Hasbro, but you might get overlooked if you give them proper credit. Very important that you make is extremely clear that you are not claiming ownership of the material and it belongs to Hasbro.

 

I'm not an expert on this, so there may be some trick I don't know. Don't count on my advice to 100% work.
