How long will it be?

I'm guessing approximately 95-100 minutes, which is the average run time for a modern animated film.

I can't imagine 75-80 minutes like other cartoon adaptations because there is so much this universe has to establish unlike the simple comedies of SpongeBob and the PPG.

An hour and a half as that is the basic amount of time that an american animated film is given.

Seeing as how it is an MLP movie, I can't see it being any longer than that.

94 minutes.

This allows Hasbro to air the movie on TV down the road in a two hour block and get the most advertising time possible squeezed in at the maximum tolerated in the US at 13 minutes per hour.

For anyone wanting to make use of my character in their roleplaying, <a href='http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/synth-tannin-r8033'class='bbc_url' title=''>here</a> is his info.

You beat me to it. I was going to suggest about 90 minutes using the same logic.

90 to 120 minutes sounds good. A lot of kids today can't handle more than that. A cinematic, super-epic, action-packed high fantasy story should not take the same time to tell as The War Horse (which, to me, felt like four real-time years).

Over 90 minutes, maybe a little under (.about the length of 4 episodes). Sounds like a good length for a story like this.

I will guess 90 Minutes. Maybe a little bit more or less.

I cant really imagine that the Mlp Movie would run for way to long...i mean, what would happen for a few hours?

I think its gonna be longer than the Equestria Girls Movies, since this is a major theatrical release i think, but i dont think it will get that complex and long.

My guess is 90 minutes, that seems fitting for something like this. I don't think they could make something up to two hours long, unless they went all out entirely. :P I would love to see a middle ground and have it be 105 minutes long, but that is doubtful.

That would be 2.5 hours long!

I feel like you're off by a few hours there. Unless that's in seconds, which doesn't make sense and I still think is incorrect.

9000 seconds/60= 150 minutes= 2.5 hours

This is funnier because is POSIBLE (if not plausible, nor even probable); for an animated movie on theaters.

Oh, it's probably gonna be like frickin 50 minutes or something.  I think it should be 2.5-3 hours.  This franchise has proven that it's capable of effortlessly shouldering the weight of such a hefty time slot.  They could do it.  But they won't.
