hi everypony! I'm a brony from Asia,

I've started watching the show last year, and very soon i finished the latest episode that time - castle sweet castle, but i don't know where should i go after i finished that, i want more poines! so i asked my friends if mlp have fan-made stuffs, then they sent me TONS of them, the pmv, fimfiction and the arts really surprised me, this fandom is too huge to see it through!

personally, i develop games, and i'm currently working on one

this is  my very first time post in a mlp fourm, and i'm very very very happy to meet new ponies!

btw, i'm a D&D player, idk if there's a group chat that we can play together?

I can't believe i missed the RP thread :P time to plan an Dungeons and Ponies advanture  ^_^

Welcome to the herd!

Thanks for the welcoming  :grin:

Haha, I'm so glad finally somepony ask me about this.

I'm using the RMVA and it's a RPG  similar to the mlp-rpg(The Bonds of Firendship, Equestrian Tales etc.) on gamejolt, but I throws the D&D features and some other stuffs to make it more enjoyable! Once the demo is done, I'll post it(gamejolt link) in pony game fourm.

About language, the RMVA itself is RGSS3, and I also wrote some add-ons that coded in C++(11) that will be called as the external program.

The scripting part takes me the most time so far, and probably i'll post my own script in Code Libaray(there's a bit empty) as soon as I have time to finish(so do the demo); now i'm stressed out every single day until the next March :facehoof:

AAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Ace! MLP-RPG! What a coincidence!  :love:

Currently I'm also developing games using that software, though I find it quite limiting and stuff :adorkable:  ~ I enjoy scripting in Ruby, but I think I'll have to learn JS or something else someday.  :-P

Currently I have two main projects under development (in Ace):

A sidescroller platformer shooter similar to Contra:

sig-4625278.2eZc976.gif

sig-4625278.avltEGJ.png

sig-4625278.pw0Bgxs.png

And like you, an MLP-RPG:

sig-4625278.8pKZOtI.png

sig-4625278.ePK3qzx.png

sig-4625278.fUIgy9c.png

sig-4625278.c5F1lA4.png

And yeah, currently only menus are done (though still not finished as stuff may change) ~ so no screenshots from maps ~ I'm working on them.

And both games supports local multiplayer, even the RPG one!  :wub:

I'm curious about your game, so please notify me about your progress and/or make a thread here on forums, so it will be easier to follow!  :catface:

Good luck!!!  :D

That's nice to know, that somepony else is doing exactly the same thing!  :love:

Wow, your UI is so marvelous  :love:

I'm very poor at art   :( , so I used plenty of online resources  (but I feel I did other stuffs fine) and having a lot of credits, certainly.

here's my current progress, the appearance isn't that good as yous, but worked a lot on the features.

Simple, clear and standard menu, the functions unseen are "Save" and "System"

xoUKCUV.png

One of most important feature in D&D: Vancian Casting

ZcpEzwL.png

Skill Trees, and the arts obviously not mine, so I have tons of credits.

I'll credit the artist not only in the "Credits" scene but also their beautiful works are shown, my next work to do.

9FsWzX5.png

The combat, another hard work. You can chain your skills, so can the enemy; you can use items, so can the enemy, don't feel surprised, using items isn't the right only belong to players.

Also, enemy AI is a bit enhanced.

287066.jpg

kDCTX86.png

I tried to combine the free-movement and my own pathfinding algorithm(via A*), gladly I did it

teQcCsh.png

Simple quest window. Spoiler? Oops.

fXElXUt.png

Switch between two different combat UI, prevent those players playing with older computer from game crashing during the fierce battle.

bgb4Vpy.png

Music room, you can buy/collect music sheets in the game and enjoy the music.

I'll try my best to explain the music in the music sheet's description.

I was in a marching band(also percussion ensemble and symphonic band) years ago. I missing the songs I played b4 so I added this feature.

LBa4b0B.png

(BG art by Huussii, the artist's name will be shown in the 'now playing bar' as i mentioned above)

Quick Save: You can saving your progress by simply press "S" on a map scene.(If the save is allowed)

NuZg4BW.png

Shared Items / data:

Item: You can bring something to main story from the items you collected in DLC(or other savegame), for example

Data: Somethings you did will not only affect the current game, instead entire game(Undertale is a good example).

Some hard-making skills so far:

Virulent Bomb: Poison targets in AOE. If target dies while this poison effect still active, it explodes, damaging all targets nearby and infect them.

Animate Dead: Raise a dead foe fight for you.

Chain Lighting: Emitting a bolt of lightning to a target. Then forks, sending bolts jumping to those nearby which deal less damage and forks again. (tons of lighting bolts jumping between enemies)

I'm also super excited knowing somepony is developing games(via RMVA) just like me  ^_^

Good luck on yours too  :squee:

(I wanna see yours too if I can )

Why, thank you!  :love:

I'm kinda poor at art as well ~ I'm still practicing and doing & redoing things until they look acceptable, though still, I can't say, that the quality is the highest.  :D That being said, I prefer to put low quality stuff, but mine, than using widely available resources. It just feels great to do something on your own.  :P

Actually your game doesn't look bad!  :grin:

The icons and such doesn't match the theme and seem out of place, but that's understandable ~ it's extremely difficult to make everything alone.

My problem is, that I'm going too ambitious about my project(s) ~ I'll be making most of the stuff my myself, including writing the battle system from scratch, because the default one will be a pain to work with, considering, that I'll have to include local co-op support. That being said, it will take AGES and I'm not sure if I'll manage to finish that at all.

So you're doing a great job considering the scale of the project ~ it does look good already and the features are well implemented ~ there was an MLP fan game called "MLP - Fighting the Unknown" (AKA: "MLP part 1"), that was made by one person ~ now this game was a mess ~ 50% of the features were implemented randomly ~ many of them didn't even work ~ it clearly was just randomly pasting scripts all over the place, but still, I really enjoyed that game, because despite countless bugs, it was fun, it really was!  :D

I'm not aware of D&D's mechanics ~I've never played that game, but it sounds pretty complex and interesting!  :catface:

I always love to customize characters ~ changing skills and stuff and your features surely will allow me to toy with that!  :love:

I'm curious about your pathfinding algorithms ~ it sounds interesting ~ I also plan to put free movement, though I'm not sure of it, because it brings problems for AI when there are two players on map. Generally stuff is kinda incompatible. As much as I love scripting and making my own stuff, I'm having troubles working with the RM's libraries. Maybe I'll ask the community for help?  :-P

I'm really curious about your game ~ it's always nice to see MLP fangames!   :catface: Especially made in the same engine! PvBtZax.png

sorry for my late reply, i'm extremely busy these days  :rarity:  but fortunately, my summer school classes has just ended(however the next is one big exam per two weeks) and I can reply you  :adorkable:

wow, it sounds like a hard work, it surely will take a long time to finish a project by your own; and i'm very ambitious about my project, too ; my plan is this will be a massive RPG based on the war time Equestria(inspired by the S5 final that Shadow Crystal Empire vs Equestria), it will also feature tons of DLC and various ends

about the battle system, yours sound like really a hard work  :-o  it's not easy to rewirte that face-to-face battle system. About mine, so far it combined the yanfly's and mog hunter's battle system(mainly the ATB system like FF6), but the fact is, I want it more like the D&D stuff (like Bio Ware's Infinity Engine) so the Real Time Battle/Action Battle will be the best, Tactical(chess-like) is better, and  the ATB is just normal.

Anyway, hope we both can do a nice work on this  :squee:

oh yeah i know that and i also played it, it really has tons of modern RPG functions but the flaws as you said, not very logical.

Since it inspired me to consider add some features to my game, for example, in Fighting the Unknown, you can have your own house, and there's a spell in D&D called:

Mordenkainen's Mansion/Mage's Magnificent Mansion(lv.7, Conjuration)

(In my game, the name changes to Moon Mare's Magnificent Mansion(abbr. MMMM) invented by Nightmare Moon /Luna bcz she's too boring during her imprisonment so she invented this stuff and started her gamer life)

well, this detail feature still in progress(low-priority though) so it might just like the one in Fighting the Unknown i guess? (plan location: Celestial Plane)

I'm not aware of D&D's mechanics ~I've never played that game, but it sounds pretty complex and interesting!

I always love to customize characters ~ changing skills and stuff and your features surely will allow me to toy with that!

D&D indeed is a mechanics-heavy game, i have to make a detailed tutorial about this, or the player will be confused about "what's going on now" or "God, what is the meaning of 'Saving Throw' " etc.

about the customize things, if you mean make your own OC, I have to apologize not in the mainline story(still the M6 and some canon characters), but you mentioned changing skills; yes, the skills you can learn is too many to experience all in a single round, have i mentioned fight the monster isn't the mainly income of your XP and Bits? And I have an anti-hack function prevent some guy cheating on XP and Bits

No worries! That's understandable. ^^

Mhm, I see. I haven't seen the 5th season yet. :adorkable:
But generally it sounds interesting! ^^
In my game I just plan to recreate the show in game ~ so events from episodes and the plot from show in general will be main events in game. So, the ones, who didn't watch the show will not get lost in the plot, because they'll be introduced to it just like by watching the show. If somebody watched the show, then he'll generally know what may be next in game and how most of the quests and stuff will end. Maybe that's not the cleverest idea, but personally I'd gladly go through the story from MLP once again, but in game. That's kinda the same as making games based on movies, so it shouldn't be a big issue I believe. In my opinion, that's what Hasbro should do in the first place - to make a legit normal game based on MLP ~ not silly minigames and such. That way, the ones who didn't watch the show due to obvious reasons, may still get interested in giving the game a try and perhaps - get interested in ponies later. That's just a some extra source to draw traffic to MLP. I'm active on the game-making-engine-related forum, where obviously there are non-pony-lovers, but still, they're interested in seeing what I'll come up with, so there's a chance, that they'll get trapped in the pony-universe like us. :D Of course I'm just kidding, but honestly that's a possibility ~ MLP is kinda addictive if you know what I mean.
Are you active on RM-related forums? There you could post your project and stuff. At least I'd not be alone. I mean, I'm the only (active) ponified user on these forums ~ and though surprisingly people seem to like and support me (I became something like a pony-mascot of the forums :derp: ) it still would be nice to not be the only one. :D
I'm just asking out of curiosity, because I haven't seen you there. =3

I was using tons of MOG's scripts, but it still wasn't really what I'd like to have. That's why I'll write my own one. What I want to do is to make a sideview battle system with multiplayer support, to allow both players control their ponies. Besides that, I want to implement real-time hitbox detection ~ like throwing a projectile will hit or miss dependable on its trajectory and position&size of the enemy. That way, each skill besides damage formula and basic 'scope' will be different in many terms like penetrating projectiles ~ shoot directly from horn or spawned to fall down from the sky etc., so... that's why any existing scripts won't help me... :P
I'm curious how yours will work in the end! And yeah! I hope everything will go well for us! =D

oh yeah i know that and i also played it, it really has tons of modern RPG functions but the flaws as you said, not very logical.
(...)

Yeah, it was generally pretty nice, but there were just randomly copy&pasted scripts and pre-made maps, not mentioning, that balancing was terrible. =P It all was a mess, but it still was fun to play.
Yeah I remember the housing system - it was bugged as well. =P That was a nice idea, though it felt kinda out of place ~ Your idea seems planned, so it can be a nice addition! ^^

D&D indeed is a mechanics-heavy game, i have to make a detailed tutorial about this, or the player will be confused about "what's going on now" or "God, what is the meaning of 'Saving Throw' " etc.

Oh no grinding? =P That's personally my favorite thing to do in RPG's. :love:
Sure grinding makes the game much easier, but that's the point. Players are spending their time to achieve something - being more powerful. =3 My game will be semi-rogue-like ~ besides the events from the show, there'll be a dungeons system, that will be kinda randomly generated ~ so revisiting and grinding is totally okay. Besides, I'll have visible encounters, so it will be impossible to grind in one place ~ they'll still have to move around, so I think that'll be a fair deal. :muffins:

really? I think I can help then I won't be hesitate to share mine~

Oh that's nice of you =3 though I think it won't be that easy. I'm using a script for event approach already, that is edited to handle event approach for both players. The enemy follows the player, that he spots first to avoid getting stuck (moving left,right,left,right,left,right etc.) if the enemy would be between players, for example. It works fine now and changing the pattern from grid to free could bring problems. To be honest I don't know what to do there.
What does exactly your script do? =3

Mhm, I see. I haven't seen the 5th season yet.

But generally it sounds interesting! ^^

you surprised me buddy, i thought everypony here have seen all canon episodes  :wacko:

I'm active on the game-making-engine-related forum, where obviously there are non-pony-lovers, but still, they're interested in seeing what I'll come up with, so there's a chance, that they'll get trapped in the pony-universe like us.

I'm just asking out of curiosity, because I haven't seen you there. =3

well, i'm on my country's fourm(www.gamer.com.tw) instead of the RM fourm(i even have no account) :P

it's evil good for you spare the power of mlp :D and i feel happy for you as there're people on the RM fourm support your mlp game, maybe I will register an account someday?

I was using tons of MOG's scripts, but it still wasn't really what I'd like to have. That's why I'll write my own one. What I want to do is to make a sideview battle system with multiplayer support, to allow both players control their ponies. honestly, although MOG's scripts are great, but the compatibility is poor, I spent several weeks dealing with this question  :wat:

and your combat system looks will go awesome  :-P   hope you can make it  :grin:

about mine, just wait for my next year's release then you can see it  :P

By customization I simply mean having the possibility to toy with equipment, skills and stuff ~ plan tactics etc.. I didn't have making own OC in mind.

Oh no grinding? =P That's personally my favorite thing to do in RPG's.

oh yes, there're tons of skills, equipments and items, of course including some of them with a backstory.

my far away plan is I'll make a Dungeons and Ponies - based project(like Infinity Engine), and you can design your OC(for player) and story(for dev) then! (it will take centuries)

in this project, you can still grinding, but go on quests have more reward and fun than just walk around and fighting the same monster(although in my game almost has no 'same battle'); about the encounters, i'll go visible encounters too as long as you awake, random encounters will only happen when you sleep outside.

Random generated dungeons are nice but i won't put too much of it on my game since i plan to make my puzzle very a bit difficult(depend on the difficulty player choose), i'm not sure if they want to go back again  :orly:

Oh that's nice of you =3 though I think it won't be that easy. I'm using a script for event approach already, that is edited to handle event approach for both players. The enemy follows the player, that he spots first to avoid getting stuck (moving left,right,left,right,left,right etc.) if the enemy would be between players, for example. It works fine now and changing the pattern from grid to free could bring problems. To be honest I don't know what to do there.

What does exactly your script do? =3

well, mine just work normally, nothing special i guess?

(bug fixed!)

perhaps i can paste my heuristic algorithm here

  #--------------------------------------------------------------------------
  # *  Heuristic algorithm
  #--------------------------------------------------------------------------
  def predict_movement_cost(source_location,current_location,goal_location)

    dx1 = current_location[0] - goal_location[0]
    dx2 = source_location[0]  - goal_location[0]
    dy1 = current_location[1] - goal_location[1]
    dy2 = source_location[1]  - goal_location[1]

    return (dx1.abs + dy1.abs) * 100 + (dx1 * dy2 - dx2 * dy1).abs
  end
  #--------------------------------------------------------------------------
  # * Push new scanned address
  #--------------------------------------------------------------------------
  def push(source_loc,current_loc,next_loc,dir, goal_loc)

    x = next_loc[0]
    y = next_loc[1]

    extra_cost = Math.hypot(x - goal_loc[0], y - goal_loc[1]).to_i * 100
    node_cost = predict_movement_cost(source_loc,current_loc,goal_loc) + extra_cost

    node = Map_Address_Node.new(x,y,node_cost)
    @nodes.push(node)
    @nodes.sort!{ |a,b| a.cost <=> b.cost}

    # save source direction
    @move_dir[ hash_address(x,y) ] = dir

    # save source address
    @nodes_parent_id[ hash_address(x,y) ] = hash_address(current_loc[0],current_loc[1])
  end

about the free-movement, as long as you use the default command as your character movement,

(like this)

command = RPG::MoveCommand.new
command.code = n
...

it will be fine, just remember add these stuff before the start path finding to prevent stuck(float to int)

  #--------------------------------------------------------------------------
  # * Fix current address (for free-movement script)
  #--------------------------------------------------------------------------
  def fix_address(x = @x, y = @y)
    fixed_x = (x - x.to_i).abs < 0.500 ? x.to_i : x.to_i + 1
    fixed_y = (y - y.to_i).abs < 0.500 ? y.to_i : y.to_i + 1

    return [fixed_x,fixed_y]
  end

fixed_address = fix_address
self.moveto(fixed_address[0],fixed_address[1])

fixed_address = fix_address(goalx,goaly)
goalx = fixed_address[0]
goaly = fixed_address[1]

you surprised me buddy, i thought everypony here have seen all canon episodes

I've watched all 4 seasons, Equestria Girls and Rainbow Rocks in about a week and stopped there, because the 5th one wasn't out yet back then.

It's been more than a year since I watched MLP now ~ I plan to watch everything from the very beginning and then, I'll progress further.

Also, since I'm from Poland, I prefer to watch that in Polish language, so I'm also waiting for dubbing. They're currently finishing the 5th season I believe.

It's not that I lost interest, so no worries! :catface:

well, i'm on my country's fourm(www.gamer.com.tw) instead of the RM fourm(i even have no account)

Oh I see.  ^_^

it's evil good for you spare the power of mlp and i feel happy for you as there're people on the RM fourm support your mlp game, maybe I will register an account someday?

Secretly ponifying non-pony things is my destiny.  :ph34r:  Just kidding! ^^

To be honest I thought, that I'll get hated by people in there as, to not search far, I'm kinda out of place and weird*.

* weird - adult liking ponies? Has science gone too far? I know that's a pretty normal thing judging by numbers, but still, it's not totally normal.  :D

That would be great!  :D

honestly, although MOG's scripts are great, but the compatibility is poor, I spent several weeks dealing with this question    and your combat system looks will go awesome     hope you can make it    about mine, just wait for my next year's release then you can see it

Mhm, they're great, because they're easily customizable, though they're sources of many troubles. =P

YEAH! Let's hope everything will turn out great for us!  ^_^

oh yes, there're tons of skills, equipments and items, of course including some of them with a backstory.   my far away plan is I'll make a Dungeons and Ponies - based project(like Infinity Engine), and you can design your OC(for player) and story(for dev) then! (it will take centuries)   in this project, you can still grinding, but go on quests have more reward and fun than just walk around and fighting the same monster(although in my game almost has no 'same battle'); about the encounters, i'll go visible encounters too as long as you awake, random encounters will only happen when you sleep outside.   Random generated dungeons are nice but i won't put too much of it on my game since i plan to make my puzzle very a bit difficult(depend on the difficulty player choose), i'm not sure if they want to go back again

Uuuuu :sunbutt: Nice! =3

Ah I see. ^^

Oh yes, that's why it will be kinda semi-randomly ~ there'll be points, that will not be random to allow me to make puzzles and such. Random dungeons will be floor based ~ each floor will be kinda randomly generated, except particular floors. For example, let's say, that on 10th floor the'll be a boss or something and so on. (Kinda like in 'Diablo 1' (?)) I'm not sure of all of that yet and this might get removed. I'll see how the gameplay will go with the main story ~ if there'll be enough place for RPG mechanics, then the dungeon thingie will not be needed at all.

well, mine just work normally, nothing special i guess?   (oops bug found, fix in progress)  (...)

Now I'm confused. x3

XD Nice!  :yay:

yeah if the show is in native language will be excellent, better understand  :)

here's a gossip about the mlp:fim in my country: the VA here is terrible, unbearable, most of guys here watch the show online that has traditional chinese caption translated by a fan, original VA is the best!

I believe the VA in your nation is way much better than the guys here  :please:

that's understandable, i used to think mlp was stupid b4 I watch show, i trapped in this wonderful world after watch it:squee:

you mean, just like the randomly generated maze with some monsters?

my original path-finding script is terrible and hard to read so I rewrite it at better way, and I have dealt with the bugs whole day, I'll add more function in later days =3

I guess you're using TheoAllen's pathfinding, right?

i haven't try it, so I don't understand its structure, but i think his is better than mine  :-P

here's my code, still unfinished, but it can perform make a character move to (x,y) perfectly so far

(if you found any bug just notice me)

Oh my princesses, I forgot about that thread, because I was spammed with PM's and other stuff.  :adorkable:

Yeah, while I wouldn't and don't mind watching stuff in English Language, it's always nicer when it's your native language ~ it just feels better and your mind can better understand what they're saying. x3

Sorry to hear that. =P

Polish dubbing is doing actually very well in my opinion and judging by the comments, it is considered as one of the better ones. =P

They're doing a great job, I can't complain. x3

that's understandable, i used to think mlp was stupid b4 I watch show, i trapped in this wonderful world after watch it:squee:

To be honest I didn't even care ~ I didn't mind people liking this and stuff ~ it was just another fanbase among others ~ I didn't even know what all the stuff was about, just seeing random pony pics.  :P

However, I'd never guess I'll like this and become one of them. :-P  That's all because of Equestria Girls, that was aired on 'Video on Demand' channels* and the fact, that I like to watch animated movies like 'Ice Age'.  :P

* Video on Demand channels - I had multiple channels, where there were movies playing over and over again ~ I mean the same movie was playing for like a week - once it ended, it was aired again immediately - no ads and stuff. So since my parents purchased these channels, they were watching new movies and stuff in there often. I don't watch TV, so I didn't even care. But one day, there was Equestria Girls aired for one week, so they watched that as well (mainly my older sister just of curiosity, that is)... When I heard Polish Dubbing, then I knew it was an animated movie, since normal movies aren't dubbed, but have a lector, since it's cheaper and requires less work - animated movies/shows are dubbed, because it's much better for the target audience ~ though some famous movies are dubbed as well! Anyway, when I knew it's a some animated movie, I got curious and started watching as well.. And... It begun..

However it took some time. I really liked that movie, but that was it ~ I wasn't into the pony thing yet.

After ~a year, my Graphic Card broke, so I was 'PC-less' and ended up spending my free time on mobile device, where I was watching Youtube. Then out of nowhere, it suggested me pony videos ~ crossovers/parodies, so I was like 'Why not?' and watched these. That reminded me of that movie, since I still had that cafeteria song haunting my mind and now the stuff started to happen... I watched Equestria Girls again, then got curious about the whole story -> pony thing and... welp... I watched a random episode (it was "Winter Wrap Up"), LOVED IT  :love: and started watching the whole show from the beginning... x3

I'd never guess I will end up loving that... x3

you mean, just like the randomly generated maze with some monsters?

Yep! More or less. Though that'll be not the main feature in game. Locations and story from the show will not be randomly generated ~ only some dungeons to handle RPG elements and give some replayability.

Generally the game/plot will focus on the original story from MLP, but I'll add a 'side main quest' that will be happening along with the original one. It will be focusing on RPG elements and dungeons, because the story from MLP itself, doesn't give that much opportunities as the ponies are generally fighting with villains during openings and endings of the seasons. So that will cover most of the boss battles, as well as some minor ones.

For example, at the beginning, when the Nightmare Moon appears, you'll have to travel to the Castle of the Two Sisters ~ so there'll be random encounters in Everfree Forest and a boss battle at the end. ..And this will be just a sort of a prologue, like it happens in the show.

my original path-finding script is terrible and hard to read so I rewrite it at better way, and I have dealt with the bugs whole day, I'll add more function in later days =3   I guess you're using TheoAllen's pathfinding, right? i haven't try it, so I don't understand its structure, but i think his is better than mine    here's my code, still unfinished, but it can perform make a character move to (x,y) perfectly so far (if you found any bug just notice me) (...)

I'm not using pathfinding scripts at all. =P

I'm just using a script, that makes the events approach only within some range and stuff which allows me to make it work on multiplayer mode. By default, the event approaches the closest player, so if the event was between players, then it was moving left;right;left;right and so on...

Now the event locks-on target, so it chases the player, who has been spotted first as long as he stays in that range.

But the pathfinding remains default ~ the event just approaches the player like it does that by default.

To be honest, I kinda want these events to be 'stupid' to make them avoidable ~ It would be quite hard if they would be smart. It's not a spying game, so I don't need all of that ~ stupid enemies is more than enough~ it still will be hard to dodge them in tight places. x3

However, I'm curious about your system, so I may be toying with this later.  ;)

btw, i saw your post in RM forum....HOLY CELESTIA YOU ARE THAT ONE I FOUND B4 THAT I THINK JESUS WHY THE BRONY ARE SO CRAZY AND STRONG TO MAKE THIS AMAZING PROJECT  :sunbutt:

now i'm so excited for some reason  :-P

~ However, I'm curious about your system, so I may be toying with this later.   ;)

in fact, I'm considering writing a whole new combat system, just like the one in infinity engine(real time + strategy + AI + D&D core system...), but it will take CENTURIES and some works i done before were declared in vain  :(

however, it means my project will be the very first one used infinity-engine liked system in RM projects, and hopefully it will amaze ppl, idk if i should do this (if you were me, will you do?  :confused: )

Good to know that, hope you can watch season 5 soon

Currently I have home-renovation ~ I plan to buy stuff (including TV), so I'll be re-watching the whole MLP with my brother and sister ~ all from the very beginning. =3

I hope they'll finish dubbing stuff as soon as possible. =3

Besides, I'll be re-watching it all once again when working on my game ~ to keep the game story as accurate as the one in the show ~ and gather necessary materials ~ you know. =3

wow, that's really surprised me, few guys join the herd and EQG is the first good impress, its a cool story bro

To be honest if not my sister and GPU getting fried, I'd most likely not be where I am now. x3

First Equestria Grils movie has a great value for me. <3

Unique/Custom features is what I admire - it simply shows, that the developers actually have put some effort into their game ~ That's why I'm trying to customize as much as I can.  :P

I'm going to write a custom battle script myself, so yeah! go for it! I know it will take ages (for me as well) but it will be worth it! (or at least should)  ^_^

If you have a good plan and know how to approach this, then sure!  :yay:
