health How do you make running harder?

Well, I have been beat, And if you dont mind me asking, Why have you ran 15km with out a stop?

it was a punishment during school of infantry because some one left theirΒ vui tui back in their roomΒ the Corporal just said "i heavily suggest you remove your jackets and top shirts go grab your rifles and webbing and be back here in 5 min" we knew we were going to do a physical punishment but we didn't think it was a 15km run in full gearΒ

for those that don't know a vui tui is like a little notebook sized folder that you put notes inΒ

Running for 3 miles nonstop. On the treadmill increase to 6.5 mphΒ over the short time for 20 minutes. I can go higher but that only depends on my mood. Which is,Β if I’m in a bad mood and I need to release some aggression.Β

Have you tried ankle weights? They look kind of strange, but they're great for feeling like you've worked out a lot
