Who here is unemployed?

Guess I am technically a NEET at this moment. I just graduated from school and am currently in the process of looking for a job.

I am, because I can't find a job. All the high school kids take the jobs I'm looking for. You know, the minimum wage jobs stocking shelves and cashier type jobs. Not like that's really a bad thing, though.

Hopefully not for much longer. I promised myself I'd never get a job I hated, so that makes it a bit difficult to find work. Luckily I'm not at the point where I really have to worry about that yet.

Me sadly. I want a job but I’m not good at talking to people sometimes. And doing something one on one like an interview would cause my anxiety to hit hard and I go silent or just fumble with my words.

I've only just become unemployed after I quit the labouring job I'd had since I was 16. It was on a zero-hour contract where I'd sometimes go weeks without a single shift, and some weeks where I'd work 30-40 odd hours per week, wasn't exactly a stable source of income. :dash: Hell, even worked 2 part-time jobs near the end of 2018 on top of college, wouldn't recommend it.

I am currently too young to work in Scotland (one year left though, I'm 15)!
although I am starting to look at jobs right now, since in the current Scottish economy you need to spend sometimes over a year to find a job, so might as well look at the jobs early!
I have been looking at being a flight attendant, but the main problem is... I can't fucking swim!

Unemployed again for 4 months now atm.

I would advise for caution here, as this is a task that is easily underestimated, from investments, to work necessary, including customers, paperwork, legal background/papers etc.

Yeah starting a business would be difficult. For me I just have something small in mind which would be formalising something I'm already doing to make a bit of money to sustain myself as I'm not claiming benefits or any aid from the state. It's also so I wouldn't look like I've been long term unemployed if I apply for other jobs.
