I just read the Celestia Code, and got into it thinking that it would reveal how Sunbutt was the tyrant some ponies thought her to be, but it was a massive letdown. GeekySonic 1,150 March 18, 2017 Share March 18, 2017 I'm currently reading one called Camaraderie is Sorcery. It's a re-telling of Friendship is Magic with more heavy and stylized fantasy elements. It's pretty freaking good. The person writing it put a lot of thought into re-creating practically all of Equestrian society (even inventing an entire Unicorn language). It's not finished yet, but it's epic so far. If you like fantasy/action novels, you'll probably love it. Check out my voice-acting demo reels on Casting Call Club, if you'd like. Last one I've sought to read was Fallout Equestria. Maybe that's one of the reason I've toned down my pony fic reading. Such great depth, and it ties into my views on changelings so well. All I'll say to avoid spoilers for potential readers is that I cried at the end. It's been a while since I've last read FIMfics but there's one I've been reading lately, called Background Pony. Most FiMfics I would have finished by now, but this one is 27 novel-length chapters long and still not complete, so it's taking ever-so-slightly longer than usual. :-P An interesting fic it is too.
