About the mane 7... the whole mane 7 things that they are trying to do in S6... are bullcrap. I know it is a mistake to shove Starlight in mane 6 group, she had better chemistry with Trixie and other reformed friends (they called Thorax reformed one so...), Starlight is not the one who can get along with everyone anyway. They should just delete the ending song in Cutie Remark, make her a personal student of Twilight, let her make friend with Trixie, made an episode about her and Spike, more chemistry with Sunburst then do what they do in To Where and delete all the shoving Starlight into Mane 5 crap. 

The whole problems in the first place are not character herself, Starlight is FINE, even she is a sociopath  who try to have friends is FINE, the problem is what they try make her a replacement of Sunset Shimmer, they just gave her a wrong jobs. She finally got her own group of friends, it better late than never to drop that "mane 7" crap, she doesnt need that crap to be functional as a character, my wish for season 7 is writers can finally cut that crap and make Starlight had her real group of friend, starting with Trixie and Sunburst.

 

Starlight is a problematic character, that what i like about her, her negative traits arent just vaporized and become a saint, she used to her magics to solve her every problems are hard to get rid of, if you get used to cast spell to get what you want for a very long time, dont expect it to be magical disappeared. 

Only thing i have to agree with you is Starlight need to face her consequences for her actions, some slap-sticks are good enough to me, seeing cartoon characters suffering is amusing especially when they are deserved.

I think the biggest problem I have with Starlight's reformation is that Starlight Glimmer was such an entertaining villain, but is a rather bland and uninteresting hero. I'd have preferred if the writers went the route they did with Discord and allowed her to maintain some of her villainous attributes, positioning her as a token evil teammate/unreliable ally of the Mane Six.

Petrifying is the most common of the Elements' effect

However there is side effect to a non-draconnequus victim it will kill the victim's life when it blasted the second time

Celestia:I see this Elements could be very dangerous when you blast it the second time to the ponies,it will petrified all of any victim's life and soul of the ponies killing them instantly only draconnequus that will not die when petrified the second time be careful don't blast it two times or else that evil ponies' life is killed

Aurora Glimmer it's known as reformed but not tamed

Starlight cannot maintain her villainous attributes she could stressed and crazy with that

She could be very stressed with her powers because her powers is very powerful and strong she must control it

Her magic power can cause her to have mental illness and turn her into an ax-crazy magic user

She is nervous because her power can make her stress sometimes

That's why she's nervous

Her magic can maked her insane she must control it

Her brain have a magic mental illness she cannot control her magic powers from her horn sometimes

As it is implied in the episode Every Little Thing She Does

She sometimes can't be patient when waiting something
