What are your thoughts and expectations for the upcoming episodes?

What episodes are you looking forward to? What episodes are you dreading?  Here are the synopses for all the upcoming episodes but Daring Done:

I'm expecting the Pharynx episode will end in a sugary way with Pharynx learning all about friendship and turning into a beetle, ect. ect. ect. I'd HOPE it would end in a subversion with him staying evil and taking some other changelings with him as he leaves, but I know that's never going to happen.

campfire tales looks good, I like how legends of magic is going down, so hopefully this one will be similiar. I have a feeling each of the CMC's legends they'll tell will end up being about a pony who's basically a stand in for their sister (ala daring do originally being a stand in for dash in that first episode).

 

I'm rather curious as to what episode larson said will have his name on it but that he basically disowned as nothing like what he intended in that interview though.

Campfire Tales is probably the safest episode, but also one that can be simple fun. And Once Upon a Zeppelin looks to continue the streak of excellent family based episodes following Parental Glibeance and The Perfect Pear

only episodes I'm worried about is Fame And Misfortune, since while it has tons of potential can go south real quick and Secrets and Pies which could run into the same problems as Honest Apple by making Pinkie and/or RD oblivious assholes, both of which the writers have a tendency of doing a lot

I can't wait till Triple Threat! I really think that episode will show Spike at his best like his season 6 episodes! Just hope that isn't his only episode this season. There's still episodes 24-26 that can still get revealed!

The ones I'm looking forward the most are Daring Done (to see if Daring Do retires from adventuring or just writing) , To Change a Changeling (to see if there's a foreshadowing of Chrysy's upcoming revenge), and Once Upon a Zeppelin (if Twilight Velvet and Night Light are the relatives)

It is probably Campfire Tales if they repurpose an old pitch. That episode idea sounds like it could have happened in an earlier season. It's actually one of three that intrigue me. 

The two episodes that feature Thorax are ones I'm really looking forward to seeing. Also hyped at seeing Ember again. 

Once Upon a Zeppelin was one that I would be less excited about, but they are 2 for 2 in episodes giving parents some personality. 

You know, going through the synopses ... only one has me worried that they may do something unfortunate ... and it's the Rarity losing her hair idea. 9/10 they do it right and Rarity chills out and it become an affirming episode for patients who deal with chemotherapy. I do have faith they will play it closer to being ok with temporary baldness than the solution is "Yay mane fixed! Time to do my fabulous photo shoot."

There aren't many things that could break a favorite character for me, but that comes close.

From the top: 

Fame and Misfortune - I sort of worry about this, because while there's a lot that's interesting about the premise, it also seems like yet another episode which might be driven by someone being annoying and needing the main characters to make them stop being annoying. I don't enjoy those much. But it could also turn out very differently. 

Triple Threat - Very high likelihood of being cringe comedy. Interesting premise, not looking forward to it. 

Campfire Tales  - Sounds adorable and has a lot of potential to be entertaining and creative. 

A Health of Information - Hard to guess what this one will be like. Synopsis has a lot of potential to be cute. Will be nice to see Zecora again. 

To Change a Changeling - As far as "story" episodes go, this one seems like it could be really entertaining. I'm kinda sick of Starlight Glimmer taking up so many "important" episodes, though, and like "Gauntlet of Fire," the ponies playing kingmaker makes me uncomfortable. 

It Isn't The Mane Thing About You - This season's "28 Pranks Later." Hope it's a pleasant surprise like that episode was for me, but it seems pretty lame, and I don't really like Rarity when she's just vain and shallow. Seems her season 4-6 reign of consistently pleasant appearances is at an end. 

Once Upon a Zeppelin - More family stuff? Awesome! And I'm excited that this may lead to more exploration of what Twilight doesn't like about being a princess; often, it seems just too easy for her. Hopefully, it's not just a sitcom "two dates" scenario. 

Marks and Recreation - With that title, it had better be a mockumentary sitcom. Neat to be seeing a little more about cutie marks, and this could go in any number of directions, all of which I'd be fine with. 

Secrets and Pies - Isn't this the same premise as "Party of One"? Are we really at the point where we're rehashing season 1 episodes? That sucks.

Assuming those Twi's relatives aren't some uncles, cousins or something  . It's pretty obvious they aren't Shiny, Cadance and McFlurry, otherwise ponies would go bonkers with them too

one thing about once upon a zeppelin is that I'm kind of sad that the first "real" use of airships as a plotpoint in an episode is just as a cruise ship. There's so many cool things to use airships for (How about an airship race or something?) that feels a little lackluster.

At least we have our airship armada in the movie i guess.
