I'd say she has none. Otherwise, what would her cutie mark be? Something that has to do with making regrettable mistakes? Making ponies suffer? Or being redeemed? None of that tells you enough about who she is as an individual, let alone defines her true calling in life. If they want Tempest to make any real impact in the G4 universe, they need to keep her flank spotless so the CMCs can help her catch up on growing.

Why are we still calling her "Tempest"? She's admitted her real name is Fizzlepop.

she certainly has a cutie mark and no the CMC do not need to help her.

She already accepts her old name anyway at the end of the film, she's embarrassed but in a good way about it. I would imagine its firework related. Maybe 3 firework pops or just one with multi coloured layers. 

Her power seems to be to make giant colourful explosions.

I think she doesn't have a cutiemark. I think that maybe after leaving her town with anger, she hadn't put her main focus onto finding her true talent. She couldn't have been out there alone and she does something and out of nowhere BAM! Cutiemark. I also think that because at the end of the movie, Her suit no longer had the Storm symbol, and was blank. If she did have one, she was have proudly shown it off without wearing her suit any longer.
