He's not posting until everyone else is, so it could definitely happen. Assuming other players don't try to move him first.

You have a good opportunity right now actually. As you haven't posted yet you can place yourself where you wish. Right now Techno is under heavy fire and has most of the docks attention. It is loud and pretty scary, especially for someone who hasn't been in such a situation before. You may have also seen that the white haired woman who is running the operation right now has super strength. At least enough of it to catch a full Shipping crate without buckling her knees. You also could have seen that she responded to it falling quite swiftly, instinctually.  

It is night time with dim lighting, so your power would be pretty strong right now. You could definitely handle a few guards if you felt so inclined. Just don't broadcast yourself to the entire dock like Techno did. I'd have to respond in kind if you did that.

How about I use the shadows to knocks out one or 2 guards just to start off.

Yeah but the catch is that Techno had become so mentally attached to that cape over the years that if it was disposed of it would literally kill him. So basically his brain would literally automatically commit suicide internally if his cape was destroyed.

You will give it up or die, or both if you really can't go without it. Look at all characters that do have a cape. How long is it? How is it used? Look at how many times it's brought up that capes at normal length hinder or hurt the owner. You have a 5 meter cape. That's roughly 15 feet with a conversion to yards. A meter is a bit longer than a yard. A yard is 3 feet. More than twice the size of an average basketball player. Not only would this drag behind you, but if it doesn't you're likely carrying it all the time, or expending energy to make it float. This is extremely impractical and can easily be abused by anyone who has anything against you to use it as a rope to tie you up or those with you.

Well he's one of those people that often appears to be a total idiot when he's actually not. Like he can of course just move objects with his powers so often his cape is seen floating. Plus he even tried a couple of times to put it to use when he was assaulted like he almost killed a thug in the streets once when he strangled them with his cape. So really he can use it as a weapon if he needs to and that's why a lot of bad people started to avoid him in the streets when they found out about his powers. Plus his cape doesn't use much processing power to move but it sure does use a lot of processing power when he's putting a ton of force into it like when he's trying to crush someone's neck. So yes right at this moment he isn't actually moving his cape but later on he probably may end up using it as a weapon.

I really do wish you had just made your power cape centric. I could have helped to make a cape centered ability. Right now it just doesn't make any sense and is doing nothing but putting you (and the team) in trouble.

Ohh I see it now! Though from the beginning I was thinking that it was actually Techno's cape that had his powers in it but it was still using his brain processing power to control it! So basically maybe Techno's cape would be the source of his powers!

Or I was thinking that the geode would be in the fluffy collar that's at the top of Techno's cape and it's obviously what holds his cape onto his neck though his geode would still be dependent on his massive cape to transmit it's power. So it basically uses his cape to function in a way!
