Azureth 687 November 22, 2017 Share November 22, 2017 Whether it's here or elsewhere if you read "Anybody" "somebody" etc. etc. do you automatically read it with the pony prefix instead?
Mirage 24,747 November 22, 2017 Share November 22, 2017 You mean 'suffix'. Only around known fans... 1 “Remember that when you leave this earth, you can take with you nothing you have received--only what you have given.”

Hierok 11,831 November 22, 2017 Share November 22, 2017 Yes, I had. I had an English talk with my teacher and I accidently said it, but she was so bored because she was talking all day that she didn't reconize it and I got a 8.3 2 If I don't understand something or Interpret it wrong, I'm dutch. Sometimes I gamble for meanings of the words. And sometimes I write the wrong words, like week and weak for example. Sorry for it already. Jordan D 149 November 22, 2017 Share November 22, 2017 Can't say I have. Even when I type or talk about the show itself, I tend to just instinctively use common suffixes instead ("everyone" instead of "everypony"). Doesn't help that the comics are pretty inconsistent with using them as well. Although I sometimes instinctively use Japanese honorifics despite not really watching much anime as a whole, which is odd. Head admin and founder of MLPWiki.net. Lover of high adventure! Steve Piranha 29,414 November 22, 2017 Share November 22, 2017 Only as an internal joke, specially until a few months ago where I used to live in a McCoy Rd. I sometimes said "McColt Rd" as a joke Sig by Discords
Jeric 46,850 November 22, 2017 Share November 22, 2017 No, this hasn't happened to me by accident. I will purposely verbalize it at a con or on a call with fellow fans, and I will use the words here, but my mind reads what is on the page/screen. Foxy Socks 2,599 November 23, 2017 Share November 23, 2017 No, as I don't even use them myself often, except in RPs. My OC: https://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/foxy-socks-r9861

Prospekt 11,018 November 28, 2017 Share November 28, 2017 I don't ever remember letting everypony/anypony/somepony slip out of my mouth. But my phone's autocorrect does occasionally suggest them instead of their human equivalents since I type them frequently. Same with the name "Manehattan." KatonRyu 1,033 December 8, 2017 Share December 8, 2017 I really only use them in fanfics, and even there only because I have to. I really, really hate the ponified words because they're so unnecessary since 'everyone' or 'everybody' works just as well on magical ponies as it does on humans and using them or hearing them used is far cringier to me than basically anything else in the show.
