Not today but last night. Fried half an onion and added a frozen dinner, not frozen obviously but basically sausages fries and beans  Al la fresco - I'm camping in north Wales  

Today so far has been bacon and egg.

Made some steak for dinner, cheap cut but made tasty with lots of herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Side of some spinach to get my greens in.

I had a steak that was cooked in a hot barbecue sauce and another steak with A1 sauce.

 

Once again, it was served with mashed potatoes and gravy with fried eggs.

I made cauliflower cheese!

Maybe a bit short on the cheese and a mite too much flour (I used spelt) but not at all unpleasant. Tasted like it should anyway.

Also sounding odd, the last of the cauliflower cheese on the top of some reheated Indian taleaway, comprising mainly of pilau rice and vegetable curry dishes, plus also the last of some coleslaw and potato salad, actually quite scrummy must be said. Sometimes leftovers are a cornucopia of unexpected delights.
