Got mushrooms that really MUST be eaten, so sausage casserole, still didn't use up all the mushrooms tho! Usual thing, mushrooms, red pepper, chopped onion, sausages, Coleman's sauce mix, a bit of garam massala, and a dose of Korean pot noodle spice sachet. Strong 'n' streamin'! (No pix)

I had barramundi with an almond crust in rocket vichyssoise with fried gnocchi & tomato comfit and oysters three ways (natural, tempura and garlic crumbed) on the side, yum yum.
