Yesterday I wa a this Cafe and had an odd flavor smoothie it had strawberry and banana but it also had peanut butter it was good almost like I am having a pb&j but in drink form

Because of the big feed yeserday, evening was only bread margerine & blackcurrant jam (jelly). And a bit of fruit cake.

I had shredded chicken with carolina barbecue sauce, rice with soy sauce and broccoli, yum yum.

Chicken Tenders, and french fries for supper last night (the fries were too crispy for me though) and I polished off the zucchini, because it's yummy.  

for breakfast, a slice of breakfast (School breakfast mind you,) pizza.

Yesterday  I was helping at food pantry when we are done we did some shopping  just getting stuff I had my eye on that is when I found this elf on the  shelf sugar cookie cereal with marshmallow which what I ha d for breakfast this morning and sliced  banana and orange juice

Supper last night – leftovers – ham, a fried egg, green pepper, sautéed potatoes, to make ham egg & chips (sort of). We are still having an eggs shortage in the UK, due to avian flu. Or, somebody once said, it's only Asda supermarket who never got any!   So this is my last real egg, until I can get any more. I do however have egg powder to make scrambled eggs. + ketchup, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, tea.

I had a Double Quarter Pounder (with Barbecue Sauce) with large fries and Chicken McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce cajun sauce, yum yum.

Sunday lunch comprising of, sausages wrapped in bacon, cauliflower cheese (home made with butter, spelt flour, milk, red Leicester & Cheddar cheeses, English mustard); baked potatoes & parsnips, steamed brocolli, mustard, fresh ground black pepper & Himalayan pink salt; Echo Falls white Zinfandel rose wine.
