Grilled fish fingers & potato waffles, steamed frozen peas & sweetcorn, ketchup, Polish bread.....

Camping gear test - corned beef hash on the Trangia meths burner - how long will it last (actually, at least an hour!) - boiled water for a mug of tea, then boiled potatoes, then chopped onion & lettuce lightly fried, & added with corned beef & half a small can of baked beans, polish bread on the side .....

I made some waffles and topped them with vanilla frosting, strawberries, banana slices and whipped cream.

As you can see, I'm on a health kick. (I didn't say it was a good health kick!)

Using up leftovers – half a Cornish pasty, leftover baked potatoes, steamed new poratoes with a chopped tomato, brocolli, carrots, half a can of tinned tomatoes, half a small can of baked beans, ketchup.....
