1Sit in a comfortable position

2 Breathe in and out slowly, eyes closed before swaying

3 Put on soft, slow music

4 Sway slowly and gently in time with the music, eyes closed, you can also hum or sing along softly too, or breathe slowly as you sway slowly

5 sway for 3 or more minutes, more minutes mean being more calmer and sleepy
