Dual flush?

We are overdue a bathroom thread so here’s another  .

Does your toilet have dual flush? Mine doesn’t, although I sort of simulate it by only half pulling the lever (our toilet is a bit weird/broken...). It’s good to conserve water  .

I didn't know there was such a thing up until now. If I hold my lever halfway the bowl will have water added to it but it won't flush unless I push it all the way.

We have "Pressure Assisted" toilets. When flushed. they go "WHOOOOSH! really powerful and loud. It's supposed to save water.

I don't flush just to save money...joke aside, I do have dual flush, it saves a lot.

I've never heard of dual flush. I just flush like an ordinary 20th century person. I'd like to have one of the pressure assisted ones, that would be nice.

My toilet does have Dual Flush. Most toilets have that feature here.

New one the landlord put in our main bathroom does. Works pretty good now that we've gotten used to it, early on we each plugged it a few times and that was so not fun to fix

I don't know what dual flush is, but I doubt my toilet has it anyways.

The upstairs toilet does but I pretty much never use the half flush anyway.

Nono, like if your toilet has the option to flush with less water when the load is light  .

So you have the option of using less water for the flush  .

Push right and you get less water going down the drain, like if.. there isn’t much to flush  ... otherwise go with full .

I’ve never even heard of that  The toilets we got don’t come with it.

Mine saves water by barely working period and wastes it by requiring two attempts.

Our toilet have dual flush, but it broke a long time ago. Now you have to manually lift the thing to make it flush, which I can guarantee saves water! You know exactly how long you need to keep holding it to do the job, instead of too little, or too much. It's really annoying though!

Is those like those toilets I've seen in hospitals where pulling up or down the flushing lever determines which kind of flush? I've never had to use the solid flush, so I don't know the difference. I just know that the liquid flush was still a lot stronger than I was expecting it to be.

In the lesser-used bathroom, our toilet flushes THREE times with 1 pull of the handle....
