Hey guys! Do you have the feeling that outsiders see you as less masculine because of you being a Brony? Just interested, like to know how people feel about this :)

I definitely feel that way. But I kinda like being a girly dude, so i don't really have an issue with it lol. I think it's kinda fucked up that if you're a straight male suddenly you're "not allowed" to like girly stuff, even though straight women are usually celebrated if they're interested in more masculine things. And no one bats an eye if a gay dude likes girly shit; pisses me off bro.

^Look at how cute and girly this is for the love of God. Inject it into my veins, yo! ( -.-)/)

I haven’t told many people and the people I have told either reacted positively or not much at all. But I’ve come across Bronies being talked about in that way online. It’s stupid.

Yeah that's quite ironic how the world is....

I do get the reaction from the people I know that didn't think a guy like me would like MLP. But I don't take it too personal, since it's really matters nothing to me.

It's possible. But then I just lay out the " man card check marks " I have punched and often they can't keep up. In short most of those that run their mouth have not done half the stuff that I have so I dont care. Never mind that which is more masculine liking what you like and not giving a buck what others think OR being afraid to like " girly " stuff because of what other people might say?

From what I can tell, it can be perceived as something more immature or childish, as opposed to a lack of masculinity. I dunno. I could be missing the mark on that one.
