Really regretting that cup of ice cream I ate earlier. It's Blue Bell's no sugar added. Tastes good and is "okay" on keto but those sugar alcohols....

I hear ya. I was hoping it would work out so I could enjoy a bit of ice cream without blowing my carb limit. Tho, in that regard it works but the symptoms afterwards... gonna have to pass

I feel like I rarely get a chance talk to her and it makes me sad because all I want to is talk to my Bestie here which, is where I feel the safest. 

The signature is at the bottom of page 12 of my gallery thread.
