Rose had noticed that Cloud had brushed up against her, which caused her timid side to return for a moment, blood rushing to her face.

 

Placing her hoof directly on the parchment, she showed them a picture of an old pony with military equipment on fighting a dragon.

Electrobolt looked at the array of weapons in front of him in amazement. *Wow... just who IS this mare...?* he thought, still looking at the wall. He then heard the cream-toned pony speak up, asking for the ponies that wanted to know more to gather around the table. Curiosity piqued, he approached the table and waited to hear what she had to say.

Clouds eyes widened in amazement, "Woah" he breathed, "That's. So. Awesome!" he said looking at the picture.

Colt looked around this room, speechless "woah...."

Rose looked up and smiled at the gaping mouths of the colts. She said loudly,

"I am in a long line of demon slayers and dragon hunters."

Cloud was speechless, he lightly chuckled and looked at Rose, "And you said you wouldn't survive on your own?" he said jokingly.

Sky was lost for words if this was true then by his calculations they might actually have a chance against Discord.

Rose shook her head slowly. "That's just the thing. I don't know how to use my powers yet."

Cloud gave an understanding nod, "I see, well, count me in to help you learn them" he said with a smile.

"I should have known by now to never get my hopes up, we have no chance" said Sky disappointed

"How exactly do you learn how to use you're powers?" Asked Sky

Flynn blankely stared at the weapons, going pale as he heard the words "Fight! We must Fight" ring ever so calmly in his ears. He shook in place as he turned to look at Rose.

Rose nodded her head once more and said,

"This is why I said I need you guys to protect me. I can't do this alone."

"Well as insane as i think this is im in, ive had enough of discord" Said Sky proudly

Suddenly awoken by a loud bang Starbolt stands up from her bed.

'What was that? What could make that noise? I better check it out.' She thought

Walking out to the window she saw fire raining from the sky the only thing she was able to think of is what caused this, before a ball of fire hit the window she was standing at knocking her unconscious.

*Several hours later*

Starbolt regained her consciousness but was buried under a pile of rubble, thankfully the rubble protected her from the falling balls of fire.

'What in the name of Celestia is happening! First thing is first i must get out of here.' She thought as she begun to cast a spell.

Starbolt's spell knocked away the rubble on top of her.

"Hello? Anypony know whats going on?" She shouted but no pony answered her.

Seeing a house down the road thats still standing she sets of to it. (Roseluck's house)

Another fireball comes falling towards her.

'Uh oh come on i hope this spell ive been practicing works' She conjures up a magical wall of light blocking the fireball but fades right after the firebolt hit.

'Owww i dont think i can do that again. I must hurry to that house'

Drained of energy Starbolt arrives at the door and knocks.

"Hello anypony here!" she shouts

'No answer. That spell took a lot out of me and i dont think i can stay out here. Maybe one more spell it is an emergency.' She thought

Casting one more spell she teleports through the door appearing inside the house.

'I cant believe that i was able to do that.'

She smiled weakly then passes out on Rose's floor.

It seemed as if Lunar had been cowering in his house for hours, but it finally happened. A huge firebolt hit the roof, causing the house to be set ablaze. Lunar got out from under his tiny bed and went to the door to his room. He quickly pulled it open, and saw the rest of the house. Some other ponies had broken in, and were cowering in it. But now they were running, most burning to death. Lunar quickly burst out the front door of his house, looking around

 

Chaos. That was the word that ran through Lunar's head as he dashed away from the wreckage. All the houses were the same: Burning. Except for one. There was a single house that seemed to give off a heavenly glow. No, Lunar thought, It's the burning around it. Either way, the house was untouched. "I'm going insane!" Lunar thought aloud as he saw a unicorn vanish from sight. Lunar headed to the house's door, and knocked. "Help!"

When Electrobolt looked at the picture, he was surprised. But not as much when he heard Rose's story that he was born in a line of demon slayers and dragon hunters. After hearing that, his eyes widened. *Wait, so her family was filled with ponies that hunted down dragons and demons? What???* He shook his head, as he returned to the matter at hand. *I'll worry about that later...* He then heard that Rose was unsure of how to use her powers, and that she needed them to protect her. "I understand," he finally spoke up. "I will protect you as best as I can."

[Prince Lightning Da Cute 619]

A brown blur came out of the smoke. Flying out of the inferno nearby, barely dodging The falling fireballs hitting the ground. A small flame flew becide it. It was Prince escaping from Canterlot only to see Ponyville was worst. Him and His Phoinex Amy flew through the destroyed streets looking for any help they could find but never stopping for fear of being killed. They saw light coming from a house and Flew towards it. They stood at the door looking at each other with a Falsr hope of survivors and knocked.

Sky began to hear noises coming from the floor above. "I think somepony or something has broken into you're house rose" Sky announced slightly worried. "I suggest that we send one pony up to investigate so in case it is discord our hideout wont be blown. I also suggest that pony be me im guessing by now that all of you have a bond with each other seeing as im the newest one i have less of a bond with all of you so if i die it will put less strain on the group."

Starbolt regains consciousness and tries to stand up but only passing out again on the floor causing a loud thud.

Rose nodded her head.

"This is where we make our stand. Whatever has gotten into my home must not be a friendly. You ponies ready to fight?"

"Always ready to fight, just be prepared, it could just be another pony" replied Cloud as he stood up

Rose nodded her head.

"We must be ready at all times. Cloud, you come with me."

Rose looked at the others in the room.

"You guys stay in here, just in case something goes wrong."

She then turned to Cloud once more.

"Let's go."

"I wish you both the best of luck because if you two dont return i think its game over for all of us" Said Sky worried.
