It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you all of the passing of Grant Imahara at age 49 due to a brain aneurysm. He was a former Battle Bots contestant and later judge, electrical engineer, roboticist, nine year veteran at Industrial Light & Magic and co-host of the Mytbusters. 

Rest in power, Grant. May your legacy live on.

Here's hoping he managed to upload his brain into one of his many, many robots before he died. He was a great host on Mythbusters, sad that he died so young.

I'm still in shock over this. Even more heartbreaking are the reactions from Kari, Tori, and Adam Savage and just how much in shock they've been. Kari especially with the photos and videos she's shared on her Twitter feed.

This is heart-breaking  I used to watch A LOT of mythbusters when I was growing up and it was one of my favourite shows on Television.  *sighs* rest in peace Grant. We'll miss you...
