Seems kind of....strange

How would this show work now? It was fine for when it came out and the cast's age back then, the childishness worked. But now everyone is gonna be significantly older, and I don't see them "passing the torch" so to say. Are they gonna go with the approach aimed at an older audience

No thank you. The show was just okay entertainment before it became awful in its later seasons and I'm tired of everything getting rebooted.

If it is gonna include the older cast I’m not sure how it would be interesting. It wouldn’t be as fun watching them do things as adults but I guess we’ll have to see.

According to Nickalive blogspot, the reboot won't be the same as the original series. It will be for adults, meaning it would probably be rated TV - PG or TV - 14 instead of TV - G.

Well this is the first I've heard about this  I used to watch iCarly a lot when I was younger, I always thought it was one of the better sitcoms on Nickelodeon  I wonder how this new "revival" is going to turn out, especially since they're bringing back the original cast, which is not something that I thought they would be able to do, mostly because I thought that some of those people from the original show kind of moved onto other stuff and away from teen sitcom stuff on Nick after iCarly ended. I'll definitely have to give the first few episodes a watch, I don't have Paramount+ but maybe I could do some type of free trial just to watch a few episodes of the new show, or maybe I could find them online someplace too.... 

Anyways, this sounds exciting and I'm looking forward to it, hopefully it's good!
