Misty is Revealed to Have an Element of Harmony

First, we get a Tell Your Tale episode showing Misty acting friendly with the Mane 5 instead of doing what she usually does, sneaking around and spying for Opaline while trying to catch Sparky. And now, a G5 book has described her Element of Harmony as "Empathy".
