What holidays could I make for Equestria in my MLP AU, where it is a real country with humans and other species?

So, I have the basic holidays down:

- Hearts and Hooves Day

- Summer Sun Celebration

- Hearth's Warming Eve/Hearth's Warming Day

- Winter Wrap Up

- Nightmare Night

These are the main 5 holidays in Equestria, but what others could I come up with and how would they be celebrated? Just out of curiousity.
