Can ponies perform fire shows?

I don't see ponies performing fire shows, How would you feel if a pony performs a fire show? any thoughts of that?

I think they'd be able to, especially if it were unicorns putting on the show. I think other races would be able to though; it's probably something they just didn't bother showing because their was either never a reason to, it didn't cross the writers' minds, the might've thought it'd be too intense/scary for their target audience, or some other reason that I might've missed.
