It probably wouldn't be top tier gaming experience, but the game actually can be played on mobile, as the game does support touch screens. I also made it support controllers (gamepads). So at the very least it should be playable for lols, if not for epic scores. 

And by the way, the game is permanently available.

I know you can, and will make it to 100%! It might sound obvious, but the key component to getting there is feeling comfortable. For instance, marking the beat with my keyboard or tilting my head around helped me focus on accuracy without it being so stressful. 
Make the path to your goals an enjoyable one, and you'll be there before you know it.
