Harry Potter: Friendship Is Magic!

 

Twilight would either be Harry or Hermione since Harry is the main character and Hermoine is extremely intelligent. Pinkie Pie would be Luna or George because Pinkie and Luna are both mysterious in their own way and George and Pinkie are both jokesters. Apple Jack would be Ron just 'cause. Fluttershy would be Hagrid since they both adore animals and everything about them (besides let's face it they can both be softies). Rainbow would be Ginny since they are both bold and brave. Rarity would be Lavender Brown since they both are girly and care about their looks.

Pinkie Pie: Quirky sense of humour, kinda out there at times, but always reliable? Pinkie is the supercomputer One, or Odin Eidolon(same character, different time period).

 

Applejack: Hard-working, honest, surprisingly wise and capable in combat... Never gives up! Applejack is PK/The Duck Avenger/Donald Duck!

 

Twilight Sparkle: Twilight is the avenger, Xadhoom. A naive and friendly scientist who believed in the good of all beings. Horribly rewarded for her trust(with her planet raided and mostly destroyed, and most of her co-inhabitants in slavery), she seeks revvenge upon the evil empire... but cannot succeed until she learns to trust again.

 

 

 

 

Rainbow Dash: Brave. Self-absorbed. Loyal, yet sometimes a jerk. Not always that pleasant, but nonetheless a hero when it comes down to it: Rainbow Dash is the reporter Angus Fangus, whose loyalty to his tribe drove him into forced exile. Even has a rivalry with PK(AJ!). Her other possible character is the ex-SEAL Tempest, a brave and loyal companion of Donald Duck, though I believe Angus to resemble her more:

 

 

 

 

Fluttershy: Surprisingly, Fluttershy is the brave warrior Urk. This might be surprising, until you consider that Urk is a "Friend to all living creatures- except when they try to hurt my friends", very kind, and also very intelligent.

 

 

Rarity: Stylish, generous and kind, yet also a fearsome and intelligent combatant? Rarity is the time police officer, Lyla Lay.

 

 

 

 

 

Additional:

 

Celestia: The cornerstone on which our heroes rest? Everett Ducklair. An alien from the planet Corona, he provided the good guys with One, most of PK's equipment, and all other needed materials. He's also exceptionally intelligent.

 

 

Villains:

 

Nightmare Moon: Korinna and Juniper Ducklair. Everett's two daughters. They were sealed away, and now want revenge on him- and reign over the world.

 

Discord: Oberon De Spair.

"Oberon refers to himself as an agent of chaos, wanting to destroy the order of the world."

Nuff said.

 

Chrysalis: Gets the major villain upgrade! She's now the main villain, leading her buglike(in function, not look) minions to suck up all love and emotion in the universe. She's the ruler of the Evronian empire!

 

King Sombra: A dark presence that causes depression and such? Sounds a lot like "The Creature".
