Ok this scares the **** out of me, and answers my question.

 

First, theres a program the Govenrment uses called "Big Brother". The Army’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has partnered with Carnegie-Mellon University to create “an artificial intelligence (AI) system that can watch and predict what a person will likely do in the future.”

 

I'm posting this because I was trying to find out why I couldn't stop watching MLP. And after reading Chainsawlicorn's artical, and me knowing what "Big Brother" is I just had to show everyone who read his artical.
