Big Macintosh, pony or horse

Pony. Just a big one.

I think the citizens of Saddle Arabia are supposed to be the world's horses.

(To be honest though I just kinda lump ponies and horses all in the same category when it comes to this show.)

Horses and ponies are two completely different species. There's been no horses in the show so far. Therefore, Big Mac is a pony.

Actually, the delegates from Saddle Arabia in 'Magic Duel' were horses, but they look VERY different from the ponies. Big Mac is definitely a pony (the muzzle is the biggest tell).

He's a stallion like Prince Blueblood because that's what Rarity calls the prince and they have the same body mass.

A stallion is a male horse or pony who has not been castrated.  It has nothing to do with his species, only his gender.

According to Wikipedia, "Ponies are taxonomically the same animals as horses."

Also, I'm pretty sure the Saddle Arabians were supposed to be horses.  They looked basically like the princesses but with more definite hooves, like Bulk Biceps's hooves.

New question: does this mean that Bulk Biceps is not a pony?

You are a ghost, driving a meat-coated skeleton made out of stardust.

What have you got to be afraid of?

The Big Mac (introduced in Pennsylvania in 1967 and nationwide in 1968) is a hamburger sold by McDonalds, an international fast food restaurant chain. It is one of the company's signature products. It consists of two 1.6 oz (45.4 g) beef patties, special "Mac" sauce (a relish variant), iceberg lettuce, American cheese, pickles and onions, served in a three part sesame seed bun.

Another of its signature products is the use of horse meat.. or was until they got caught.
