I like to be called a Pega-sister but I like the term Brony also. I still think it should be a term for girls and boys because well.... there is a lot more stuff in the stores that says Brony. I buy the shirts and braclets that say Brong even though I'm a girl and I love giving Bro-hoofs. :)

You can call yourself whichever you prefer, but I personally think "Pegasister" is both stupid and pointlessly segregating. you don't see trekkies having different names for male and female fans, so why should we?

I don't really know what is the problem with the word "pegasister".

Actually, pegasister is meant to be the female brony, beeing brony the male way to say that you like ponies.

Brony= Brother+Pony

Pegasister= Pegasus+Sister.

See? Not that hard to understand.

Call yourself however you like, I'm personally quite indifferent to term pegasister.

However, being a native speaker of language which separates genders quite a lot

compared to English, it seems a bit more natural to me to use pegasister.

Your choice entirely.

I'm male so I use brony, but if I'm feeling the need to be fancy or different (ie this:)

I use the term miniature equine aficionado.

Though as for you, use whichever one you are more comfortable with, or make up your own word if you want.

Broneighsister? Maybe not...

You should pick the one that you would naturally sync in with. If you fit in well with brony, then choose brony, but if you fit in well with pegasister, then choose pegasister.

i think i fit better with being a brony, even if im not a boy. I just think it sounds better than pegasister, cause i think pegasister sounds weird.

I call myself a Brony, and honestly don't like it when people call me a pegasister.

I dunno, sounds too girly for my style. But sometimes I have to clarify.

Its just a matter of personally preference I guess. Me being a guy I really just refer to myself as a brony if anything. I'm actually pretty neutral on the term brony to. Same with pegasister. I'll refer to myself as a brony but I don't like love the term nor do I hate it. I just don't care as long as it lets me identify myself.

Does it really matter to anyone. I mean if you like the show you like the show. Then again i got into being a brony because my friends dared me to watch it with them.

Brony. Well in my eyes you are. U can call yourwelf whatever the hell you want. But i say your a Brony. A Brony is someone who likes the show who is outside the demographic, and/or considers themselves apart of the fandom. Even if you are a girl. I like to see the term as unisex, even if it has "bro" in it.

I am a guy so i am a brony so calling my self a "sister" would be a little weird but that is just me. but for girls (and guys if they want) it dose not matter. you can be a brony or a pegasister. i also dont think that it is sexist or any thing to have both. the name was started by a group of girls and you are free to pick what you are.
