Is it possible to get these on a Mac? I would love nothing more than to have a bunch of random Derpys derpping their way around my screen.

Try the Java port. Hopefully it should work fine on OS X and GNU/Linux. Edited by Tom

Well this is interesting. I'll just download it and run it...give me ponies option? Well sure, clicking that can't possibly cause any problems.

OH JEEZ DOZENS OF PONIES EVERYWHERE!

Shocked in awe, there's a native linux version running GTK+.

I have to build it myself... challenge accepted, this should be interesting.

Building software... no GTK+ 2 bgbwitf?!?!?!

I have GNOME, how dare you say I don't have GTK.

Tries to install GTK+ version 2... already installed... gfewydftt7>?!?!?!

:(

See, it's stuff like that which keep me from switching to a Linux OS.

Well that and I have way too many games.

In any event this program is delightfully amusing. Once I cut down the numbers to just a few ponies, it's enough to be cute without being overly distracting.

GNU/Linux usually doesn't have such problems now, only on some occasions such as software in alpha testing.

Missing dependencies like this is quite rare from my experience.

As for the games, I agree there a good reason to keep Windows. Most games can be made to run in GNU/Linux but I find that the requirements tend to become higher.

I'll try the Java version, and check the make file see if there is a bug in it.

Heh I've had these for awhile now. Scared the $% out of me when one of them talked for the first time... my volume was pretty high up.
