Skyrim is not that great. I think the last couple of Elder Scrolls games were better, Oblivion and Morrowind. Also, Morrowind has much better mods.

 

Lately, horror games have been only ten minute jump scare fests. Horror should be the irrational thinking brought on by the unknown, at least in my definition.

(I think that is honestly the most unpopular opinion I have...some people feel REALLY strongly about the pineapple/pizza issue XD whatever, more for me~)

Hear hear! My family's been getting Hawaiian pizza for years and it's always been one of my favorites. It surprised me when I found out some people were so against it, too.

 

Yu-Gi-Oh Arc V is on track to surpass the original. Although it's still taking off, it has a more diverse and interesting cast as well as a great atmosphere. It maintains a nice and comfy slice-of-life feeling while constantly throwing out hints that all sorts of sinister shenanigans are going on behind the scenes, and it just makes everything feel very fun and exciting .

Oh, and I always found Ron to be the most compelling Harry Potter character. He goes through some very human ups and downs, doing some amazing things even while weighed down by the fear of being overshadowed by his friends and brothers. I'd love to have a friend like Ron.

My unpopular opinions?

That would be:

1. Government is not needed at all for any reason.

2: Money is worthless. If we wanted to we could all ditch this whole "money-system" we got going. Why can't we trade with each other? 

3: This whole system is garbage. Wake up, go to school/work, come home, eat sleep. Wake up, go to school/work, come home, etc etc etc etc.

When will we finally be free again?...

4: Not sure if this is an unpopular opinion or not, but from what I've seen Humanity is not ready for any Extra-Terrestrial contact yet, not in our current state...(Of course there could still be some individuals who ARE ready for such a thing, depends on the person.)

5: This world is in need of a slap across the face, big time. Humanity is wreaking itself and its sad (And frustrating.) to see all this happening.

6: This is a very stressful world to live in. I don't know how people deal so well with things here. It's just.....wow.

7: The whole "Screwball is Discords daughter by magic" thing would have been awesome to see in MLP FIM as canon. If only the writers had thought of this idea and liked it..   *sigh*  ._.

Wario is one of my least favorite Mario Characters. He's just so.. annoying.

 

I dislike Shadow (the Hedgehog). He honestly feels like one of those generic "I'M DEPRESSED ;;(" characters. Never really understood the hype for him.

 

Most Xbox 360 games don't really interest me that much.

Not as interesting as you would think. I side with most historians and put Buchanan as worst and Johnson as runner up.

I don't like the mentality that overpowered=bad character. Just cause a character could be considered OP, doesn't mean the character themselves is bad. Don't judge a character based on what they can do base it on the character themselves. A character who is OP could also have a lot of depth. People just keep making blanket statements on those type of characters thinking that they're instantly a Mary Sue. Hence, most of the arguments on alicorn OCs.

• Most folks on the internet are fakers. People tend to put on a false identity so folks can like them and honestly, i find it pathetic. 

 

• When I'm playing TF2 and a brony puts a pornographic spray on a wall I feel myself become a brony hater for a few seconds. Pornograpigc sprays in a game are dumb and make the one spraying them become unlikable. 

 

• Most Bronies are just as bad as the haters they want dead. 

 

• Eminem is the only good rapper alive right now. 

 

• Youtube has one of the worst communities on the internet. I'm referring to the losers that don't upload videos and comment under other videos in hopes of starting a fight.

It's annoying when some brony refers to people as "everypony" or "anypony" or "ponies." Um, they're people. I get that it's cool and all to act like you're in Equestria, but come back to reality for once.

 

Having a tragic backstory (ex. often bullied, been raped, dead relatives, etc.) does not excuse being an asshole. Especially not to people who have no idea that you went through whatever you went through. They shouldn't have to tread carefully around you because of the possibility that you might be sensitive to it. 

 

Some don't seem to get that even if we abolish the most common things people complain about these days, the world will find something else to complain and "lose faith in humanity" about. 

 

Speaking of, nobody really cares if you lose faith in humanity. Every time I see it (and I see it quite a lot), I think, "So you're perfect and the rest of humanity is trash?" 

 

I don't think people know what the words overrated and underrated mean anymore. Essentially, it's basically saying that they get more/less popularity than you think they deserve. Fortunately (or unfortunately), the popularity of these characters is objective—so "overrated" and "underrated" are both opinions. Example: "They're extremely popular" is saying that they're very well-known, while "they're extremely overrated" is saying that they're way more well-known than you think they should be.

CatDog is... okay. Just, okay. I like watching it when I get the chance, but it's just too.. mean-spirited of a show. Though, I'll go over that a bit more whenever I get to reviewing it.

This is an extremely popular opinion as far as I know.

 

My unpopular counter opinion, I suppose, is that Youtube is not so bad. Sure, videos covering broad, contentious topics tend to draw a lot of the ugly arguments, but go into the comments section of, say, PMVs? I've had nothing but civility from my viewers, including a gentleman who had a multi-paragraph long description of why he thought the musical Assassins was morally disturbing and never once backed down from his polite attitude even when people aggressively defended the play.

 

I disagreed with the guy (naturally, since it's my favorite musical) and still upvoted him!

I do not like any Sonic the Hedgehog game. I've always disliked how he controlled, 2-D and 3-D. The only thing I really like about the Sonic series is that the music has always been pretty good for the most part.

-I don't care much for shipping. I've done it before in the name of lighthearted fun, but the widespread fascination with this stuff mystifies me. 

 

-On a similar note, I have very little interest in what a character gets up to outside the confines of their canonical media. Barring a few one-shots, I don't think I've ever finished a fanfic.

 

-A character's "likability" is absolutely irrelevant to me. One of my favorite characters happens to be a loser with very few redeeming qualities. I like him for the nuances of his portrayal, not how much I'd want to be his friend.

Diversity can be to blame for the amount of xenophobia.

Now I don't have any problem with atheists.

It's anti-theists that get on my nerves.

Lots of anti-theists picture religion as an ultimate evil and that it should be stopped.

This is a very dangerous opinion because you're basically trying to control what people think.

And people are not going to like that.

I personally don't blame religion for a person's actions.

I blame the person themselves.

• Public ban lists would be really a good idea, have been effective wherever I've seen them implemented, and it is childish for admins to prevent me from suggesting them.

Since posting political opinions seems to be the hip thing here, I believe that all political decisions should be determined by science and mathematics.

To add to the last thing; anthropogenic climate change is fact. The end. No debate.

Jurassic Park was a great movie.

I don't view anti-bronies as a legitimate problem or threat.

Alicorn Twilight has been the show's best plot twist.
