[Abstract 832]

People starving and warring in third world countries only have themselves and their fellow countrymen to blame, and should receive no external help. (I'm going to get torn up for this)

 

I think we should stop trying to find cures for diseases; they help with population control, which this planet desperately needs.

 

I don't like democoracy. Some parts of it are good, which is what everybody seems to direct their focus on. I feel the cons outweigh the pros. Maybe it's the best we can do for now, but stop touting it as the greatest governmental system ever. It sucks.

 

Religion needs to go away. If you need to believe in a higher power to get you through life, you are incredibly unstable and weak, and need help.

 

I'm done. For now anyway, I don't want everyone to hate me all at once.

Everything on Cartoon Network sucks. Adventure Time and whatever else is deemed 'good' or 'popular', included.

 

Agreed, with the exception of Adventure Time, that's the only show I actually like.

 

Anyway, time for a really controversial opinion.

 

I think that the governments of the US and UK and all the other big names, are wasting their time.

 

I mean, seriously, the American government want to get involved in everything, if a small civil war is going on that has nothing to do with America, that is not threatening National Security, they send in troops to start fighting, which could then involve a National Security threat.

 

Speaking of America's Army, it's too big. Instead of cutting things that are important to the country to save money, cut the number of troops. Seriously, it would save loads of money. You don't need that many troops. In fact, if it weren't so big, maybe their wouldn't be as many distraught families.

 

I also think (now this is a risky one) that the government should stop the war on drugs. Because so much money is wasted on this, and if drugs were legalised and sold in extreme moderation people would stop using them as much. Just like what happened with alcohol. Same with if they banned cigarettes. The problem would get worse.

 

Maybe if governments took some of this advice, we would be out of the recession quicker, and countries wouldn't have to cut loads of stuff.

 

I alos think that troops should've stayed in Afghanistan, because now that they've left, it just seems like a complete waste of life that we all went there, and just left, not accomplishing anything. (I'm not sure if they've been withdrawn or not, but this was just stating a belief if they did leave.)

 

Also, the Iraq war didn't need to happen, No-one aboard that fucking plane was from Iraq, no need to go invade a country for no reason. Probably only did it for publicity.

 

Anyway, rant about how governments are stupid is over.

WELL, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION...

 

"The Master of Disguise" was actually a pretty decent movie, if for nothing else than its quotability.

The Crusader's Crossbow is the best Medic primary weapon in TF2.

The 3DS is a fine, fine piece of portable gaming hardware.

 

Also, I'm starting to think that this one is slightly more common, but dubstep is absolutely terrible. I just can't get into any music without recognizable melodic, lyrical, or percussive elements. And every dubstep song sounds the same to me. (I feel a disturbance... as if millions of dubstep fans cried out in terror.) No, not exactly the same, but similar enough that there's no reason for so many to exist.

oh god, i just remembered when i had catched a cold several years ago. i had to take this liquid medicine that tastes like... liquorice. *barf*

 

i have weird tastebuds. i don't much care for chocolate, can't stand toffee products, HATE liquorice, can't eat most, if all, vegetables, raw; they have to be prepared boiled or be in a soup for me to be able to digest them; same deal with fruits; if it's not prepared in a certain way, then i can't eat them really.

 

i don't understand this double standard about the different sexes (male and female): if a woman is harming a man, it's often regarded as the female standing up for herself and not letting men push her down; however, if a man does the same towards a woman, he gets ostracized and called out for beating up a poor, defenseless woman. so much for equality between sexes! (and yes, i know that harming other people often does no good, but i'm talking about like, self-defense. i.e. woman protecting herself against man = good, while man protecting himself against woman = bad.)

 

i honestly don't find the word fag or faggot offensive, me being gay myself. i just see it as another of being addressed as. =P

 

i don't hate babies or little toddlers. in fact, i envy the fact they still get to live a life that's relatively simple, without having to worry about growing up and taking responsibility. the only reason i'm not around them that much is because i have fuck-all idea on how to take care of them. :S

 

i like bread with crusts on it.

 

FPS is still my favorite genre of games of all time. it's just that the FPS genre has been milked out to death and rarely has anything brand new and outstanding for the genre been made recently, like how Doom set the standard for the FPS formula, or how Half-Life revolutionized FPS gaming when it came out. FPS games back then also looked distinct and different from each other; nowadays it seems hard to tell one game from another one.

 

i dunno why sex, a perfectly normal part of life, is considered so taboo in society for. i mean, what is it about it that makes it comparable to the devil's spawn, for?

Those people need to get off their high horse (so to speak), and just accept that people have very different tastes. If you don't like something popular, that's fine, but maybe it's just that you're the one who has no taste.

i think you have misunderstood the overrated underrated thing.

for example: if someone makes a totally normal song which isnt actually that special and doesnt stand out from the rest of the genre and people go OH SHAIT JUST WET MESELF!! then it's overrated.

another example: squarepushers "go plastic" isnt any different from the other albums he has made. yet people go THIS ALBUM IS A FUCKING MASTERPIEEEEECEEEE!!!! it is overrated.

It's okay not to feel bad for not spending time to help someone or give money for charity when asked.

Using proper grammar and a wide vocabulary in casual (Internet) chat doesn't necessarily make you a stuck up twit.

Not having friends can be an intentional choice, and an acceptable one.

You should be able to act outside stereotypical gender roles without people thinking you're weird.

Gen 3 and specificlly Emerald were the best games.

The Treeko evoulotion tree looks way cooler than the Mudkip tree, but Mudkip is better in typing

Ash should have evolved Pikachu when given the chance, and is an idiot for not doing so

Gen 3 Pokemons looked the coolest
