any programs/people that will create my desired OC? (in color)

So I want to add a picture to my new OC, but im not exactly sure where to go. is there any program i can use where i can create a pony and upload to my OC page, or maybe someone who will draw my OC in color if i give specifications? thanks!

Hmm i would suggest GIMP. Its great for detailed, touching up photos, and creating OC. Though GIMP can be kind of hard to use sometimes, but still a suggestion. http://www.gimp.org/ Hopefully this helps XP

im not amazing at drawing yet (im still practicing) so thats why im not drawing my OC, especially i cant use GIMP. thanks for the suggestion tho
