I usually sketch then use Inkscape to make it look smooth.

I only have MS Paint so that’s why I draw all my stuff on printer paper instead.

Inkscape is free - here is the portable edition - and so is the gimp - again, portable edition

That's easy... Just remove the fan and add a combustible material to the inside
