animation Who, in your opinion, is the best looking anime character?

I recently finished Guilty Crown and started thinking about this. Hands down, I have to go with Inori Yuzuriha. The character design in Guilty Crown is top notch, and she looks the best out of all of the characters to me.

 

One of her sets of clothing is borderline (google "inori" if you want to see it. It isn't too bad, I just don't want to get in any trouble.) so I won't be posting a picture of it but here's two pictures of her in regular clothes.

For me this is easy. I’d like to introduce everypony to Miss Morrigan Aensland, she not only is very good looking, but she seriously kicks some ass.

I'm not the biggest InuYasha fan out there currently (though I once was, back in the 3rd and 4th grade ), but Kagome has solified herself as one of my all-time favourite anime characters - unlike many other female anime roles, Kagome handles herself excellently, intelligently, and more than competently - all in an extremely mysterious and dangerous fuedal-era Japan. I have really not seen much of that from any other female characters in any show, other than MLP of course.

Anko is up there for me as well (along with Kurenai). They don't top Inori but I do like their designs a lot as well. I also like Konan's design (the girl with the purple hair that follows Pain).

To be honest, I HATE anime characters that are literally just drawn to be sexy or to serve as fan service. I like original design that doesn't conform to the girl having to be a "sexy" character.

She's from Gintama, I don't even remember her name. I don't even like Gintama, in fact I can't stand it. That just goes to show how far I had to stretch to find an female character I actually like the appearance of. I usually don't find anime female characters even remotely attractive, because they're just... I don't know, waaaayyyy over the top. If real women were anything like anime women, I think I'd have to suppress my sexuality and act asexual.
