Slept like a rock. I was unconscious.

 

Good. Now, to breakfast! We have discovered a small stash of eggs that sister sent us this morning, while we were asleep. Eggs for everyone! ( there is no day or night on the moon, but NM keeps track of the earth's time so that she sleeps in the day. )

Just tell me what needs to be done.

 

We would appreciate if you could help put the moonstones in the northern hall, and the banquet room still needs tapestries to be hung on the walls. Pick your job, setting or weaving.

Nightmare, why do you refer to yourself in plural when you never did in the show? xD

 

To give you a real answer, I must answer out-of-character. She's been on the moon for 150 years. By herself. She refers to herself in the plural because she's lost it a little. She got her sanity back when she returned to earth... Sorta.

To give you a real answer, I must answer out-of-character. She's been on the moon for 150 years. By herself. She refers to herself in the plural because she's lost it a little. She got her sanity back when she returned to earth... Sorta.

 

My idea was always that Luna referred to herself in plural because she meant both herself and Nightmare Moon, whereas Nightmare makes no distinction and considers herself an individual. B) But maybe that's just headcanon.

That makes sense. I keep seeing canon all over the place. What's it mean? I have guesses, but they're probably wrong.
