You need an iPhone 4S, an iPhone 5, or a new iPad with iOS 6. Otherwise, you can't talk to Siri.

Aw, that sucks. It's dumb how they make you upgrade so often. Alas, I suppose I won't be having conversations with a semi creepy robot voice.

Yeah. I upgraded to iOS 6, and was surprised to find I now have Siri.

 

It's pretty cool.
