Sapphire ordered several guards to chase after the fleeing pegasus. She knew it was no use, pegasi are almost impossible to catch if they are not restrained.

She turned to one of her officers. "You, I want you to double the guards on patrol, we cannot have some unauthorized ponies sneaking around our base." She instructed as the guard saluted and went to carry out the order.

She quickly got everypony needed and met up at the barracks. Sapphire picked up several saddlebags and distributed them to the squad of unicorns that were waiting for her there. They quickly set out towards earth pony territory.

Everypony, I would like to exclude the four seasons to 3 seasons in order to remove winter, but not completely. I think the RP would make better progress without winter, until I start the 'Four Years Later' plan, which will finally start Hearth's Warming Eve. That way, I think it would make more sense.

Also, Shelby is feeling conflicted about Martin and Velnir, Fire Blade is feeling a bit depressed, and Greylight is in love... with an Earth Pony. This RP could get really good for me.

I've been hiding a lot of Martin's feelings and plans so that my future plot twist will be more surprising, and diabolical >:3 but he actually does love Greylight so don't think he's heartless or anything.

 

And I have no idea what I'm going to have Martin come up with while he's in the workshop. Luckily I'll have two days to come up with something. Right now my biggest inspiration is the various feats of engineering by the Fire Nation in Avatar: The Last Airbender

In an isolated system, the entropy can only increase. And boy was Wits entropic. He was just sitting at this desk, scribbling away furiously and paper after paper. Forms flew from his vision to their proper place, and all would be made neat, tidy and clean. Seriously, he knew that unicorns were the most literate and all, but did that mean they had to put EVERYTHING into Celestia-mooned paperwork. A form for a single soldier to change units? Seriously? The army wasn't even that big. If the people wanted to transfer, they could just transfer and leave the bureaucrats alone. He finally finished the latest stack and decided to head out before anymore could be assigned to him. This was beyond ridiculous. This was encroaching on just plain stupid. He needed to lodge a formal complaint without triplicate being required.
