• Hearts & Hooves Day update. Does it make everyone else crash as much as me? I'm on an iPad. Can't visit friends or leave treasure chests. Regularly crashes when I try to request or accept friends, it crashes. ARG!
• Do you know the trick for parasprites? If you have a batch you don't have the right element for, make a fortress around it with whatever you've got. Trees, buildings, ornaments. Box 'em in until you get the right element. It doesn't get rid of them, but they don't spread.

That's two things. Talk to me, peoples! Let's keep each other up to date.

We do talk on this one, lol! I've made plenty of pony friends, and solved several ofnmymownnissues from reading what others have posted on this thread. These guys are awesome. My iPad doesn't crash on me, but it takes an eternity to add someone as a friend, so I only go on gameloft to accept requests. So if you'd like to add me, my username is the same as my username on here I sometimes have trouble leaving chests for everyone because my Internet is sketchy, but I at least send out gifts every day.

The thing that is driving me bat crazy is the game crashing when trying to accept hearts. I am in contact with gameloft due to having my phone stolen & having to start all over again (I was level 60, almosy completely expanded, missing only magic element, and had over 35 ponies at 5 stars) but they have not been able to send me some bits & gems because the game crashes!!

I for one am really pissed at Gameloft because they broke a fundamental aspect of their game when "updating" it for Hearts and Hooves day: being able to accept hearts from friends. And they they have the audacity to make one of the quests BUY A PONY WITH 100 HEARTS. Seriously, they need to fix this, preferably sooner than later.

 

My questions are: is ANYONE able to accept hearts? I have an Android phone. What about you iOS users?

 

Also, does anybody know when the next major update is going to be? I want my damn hearts!! I have over 200 locked up in my messages!

 

One last thing, my Gameloft ID is Lavastorm13, so add me. Not that it will probably do any good right now because of the heart problem, but still.

I kinda wish that we could trade element shards for hearts at like a 3 to 1 scale and shards for gems at like  2 to 1 scale. I also wish that expanding didm't cost more the more land you buy. Just my rant for the day about this game.

Yeah basically everything you said. This game is fun, but it's designed really shittily and one pony shouldn't cost nine hundred and fifty effing (can we swear on this forum idk I don't want to get in trouble but I'm mad) gems. They need to make some sort of monetary exchange system where you can trade bits/gems/hearts/whatever for gems and vice versa and everything in between.

If any devoplers are reading this thread please consider the stuff we are asking. If they did the exchange thing it would be cool if they added a bank that you unlock at like level ten and it costs like 5k bits, that would make the game go much faster. I also wish that when visiting other peoples games you could take care of stuff for them, like parasprites, rocks/ bushes, and put some shards in the harmony stones for them.

My main gameloft id is the same as my username. I can't accept hwarts, but chests work just fine. I have 2 other small accounts (1 on ios & 1 on kindle) I created to help myself with the chest quests (currently stuck on 1) & I can accept hearts on both, but not on my android phone (main acct.) Big ol' dummy heads for messing that key feature for just us android users.

I can accept hearts just fine on my iPad but I don't know about my droid. I have no friends on that one. And I just got my taxes back so I bought JUST enough gems to get sweetie belle, rarity, and skip a couple of the stupid gem quests.

Some of the Quests can't be Skipped so you have to buy the ponies and shops Manually. I'm just taking my Time to do my quests. The Hearts & Hooves Day Quests just cost more gems than Winter Quests. I have to buy this Heart Pillars and then get Crescent Pony to 3 stars or more. For my Main Quest, I have to get Rarity for 70 gems and then I have to save up enough Gems for Rainbow Dash. I have enough money to expand, but I'm just gonna accumulate more Money just in case because I have a lot of cleaning up and decor to do. I'm just Saving up my Element of Magic Shards to Unlock Element of Magic and then after that, I'll be able to clear out the Parasprites.

Well I just got an email back from gameloft concerning my complaint about the excessive number of green parasprites. They basically gave me the big EFF YOU. They asked for screenshots, which I can't take, and told me that the parasprites are completely random and I just have to wait it out and save up the shards. I am finally down to two swarms, but I was up to five or six.

Element of Kindness Shards are Easy to get if You assigned the ponies in the right shops. I think the mane salon, flower shop, restaurant, day spa, joke shop, School, and the Hat shop provides kindness Shards. Some of these shops may provide multiple Elements of Harmony Shards so you'll get about 1-2 of them or more.

Dude... thank you for this tip, it's taking me so incredibly long to get the required 100 Kindness Shards to activate the respective Harmony Stone. Everytime I earn some I lose them again because those darn parasprites pop up again. With this tip I can finally make some progress in gaining enough Kindness Shards.

Not all shops provides certain elements of harmony shards. it depends on the probability rate from the shops. The windmill, the cherry stand, and the lemonade stand provides laughter shards all the time. The Hospital provides multiple shards such as Magic, Loyalty, and Kindness as I know. here's what i know about the elements of harmony shards: The Laughter Shards are Common while Magic Shards are Rare to get. It's not that easy to get the Shards to Clear out the Parasprites, but you gotta be patient on the shops though. The More Shops you have and more ponies you assign, the longer it will take to get your money plus some shards.

 

I may recommend Saving Shards for Parasprites. If you spent all those Shards for the Elements of Harmony, you won't have enough to Clear out the Parasprites. Not only Elements of Harmony Shards provides you Money, but they also provide gems as well when you use them on parasprites which is a Chance of getting one, and Turning them in to Elements of Harmony as well.
