well everypony i finally decided to test my luck at Drawing and what else to draw but ponies! I know the quality might not be the best but i'll try to take a better picture later. I didn't draw a background because i didn't know how good the picture looks, but if enough people like my drawing then i'll add a background and try to color it (colored pencils of course   ). Before anyone asks i did use a few refrence pictures but i tried to draw the poses myself except for the angle and shape of the heads so everypony what needs improvment?

For a sketch, this is very good!  I'm a sucker for Derpy and the Doctor (definitely my favorite shipping pair, and one of the few I even support at that!!!), so any new DerpyxDoctor fan art is a treat for me.  I think the thing that could be improved the most are the eyes, which should probably be a little bigger.  Other than that, the rest looks really good, although I'd love to see a colored version in the future!  Very good start, and keep up the great work!!!  Hope to see more work from you in the future!!!

Well it's a good drawing, but the Doctors body is really long, and the eyes are kinda small.  Derpy is pretty good.  Though her body seems to end around the rear.  The Doctors head is rather G1-ish I believe...  Don't quote me on that.  WHat I mean by that is that his head is kinda long.

*Insert Obama Not Bad face here* Pretty good for a wee little sketch. I'm not a fan of shipping, but I can tolerate Doctor and Derpy. I suppose.

Thank you I'll try to color it sometime in the near future and DerpyxDoctor is my favorite shipping pair. I thought I might have messed up on the eyes I'll try to work on it in the future.

I thought I messed up on the head also I always have trouble with propartions but that's what practice is for.

I've not really into shipping either but there are about two or three that I'm actually for, Doctor whoovesXDerpy being one of them of course.

On the other hand I dont like the form you gave to the doctor's head (but that's personal).

 

You should also pay attention to the proportions, but it will come with practice.

 

Can I ask you how much time it took and what material you used?

I used sketching pencils and my sketch book and (an eraser of course )  I didn't really highlight the lines though. it took me about 1 1/2-2 hrs.

I used sketching pencils and my sketch book and (an eraser of course )  I didn't really highlight the lines though. it took me about 1 1/2-2 hrs. 

Woops  , seems like you messed up with the quotation.

If you're only a beginer at drawing I can give you a personal advice: the criterium.

Ok I have no idea of how to say it in english and I cant find the translation so it's this:

 

 

With this you wont have to worried about the size, the form, and the durability of the lead. You can also easily optain very good and precise drawings.

 

It's very personal and I wont recomand it to someone who allready took use to the real sketching pencils, you can do great with a "criterium" but you'll never reach perfection.

 

And dont forget, the best school is practicing again and again.

Actually I just started using Sketching pencils about 2 weeks ago so I'm not exactly used to them yet so maybe I'll try the "criterium" thanks for the advice I appreciate it.
