Pocahontas 2 was better imo.

Same for The Lion King, always liked the second one more.

But I like The Lion King 1 more than Pocahontas 1.

I only liked the songs more in Lion king 2. I love the original's story line.

But Kovu was awesome character too!

I saw the Lion King 2 when I was really little.

I don't remember it.

It was the story of the banished Lions trying to usurp Simba's throne. They use their own named Kovu to do it, but then he falls in love with Simba's daughter. The rest you shall remember I hope ;)

I barely remember it.

All I remember is that Kovu looked like Sora as a lion.

That's it.

Pocahontas 2 was better imo.

Not too many people prefer the sequels :P

I found Pocahantas 2 a little more fun to watch all the way through but I found the story pretty bad. Especially the way they through away the entire John Smith x Pocahantas thing they had been using through the first one.

Lion King 2 was pretty good but I felt the first had a much deeper story.

For those of you how know who the Nostalgia Critic is, Doug Walker is reviewing all of the classic animated Disney films.

Many of his opinions I agree with, like Beauty and the Beast and Hunchback are my favorites, but some things I disagree with. For example, he is annoyed by the music from the Lion King, but I like some of Elton John's music. Also, I like the visual style of Hercules (I don't care for the movie as a whole, but I like the art style).

There is a new Disney movie coming out called Frozen. It will be based off of a Hans Christian Anderson story "The Snow Queen", and it is believed it will be CG animated.

Here is some of the concept art.

Disney's okay. One of my favourite Disney movies is probably Mulan because of that one song... the one that's all: "LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS TO DEFEAT THE HUNS" Also, I like the themes in it. It's one of the few Disney movies that has songs that I like. (I tend to dislike musical numbers in movies.) Also, Sleeping Beauty! Oh my God, that movie shaped my childhood. I love Malificent. Love her. Unlike most normal little girls, I wanted to be dragon Malificent rather than Aurora. That's just my favourite movie because of her. The voice actress is brilliant and chilling, and overall she's just a fantastic villain. Especially in Kingdom Hearts.

Yeah, I don't have most Disney movies. So I just relive them through Kingdom Hearts. I must admit that I do like the Disney elements in that.

Oh and another Disney movie: Beauty and the Beast! I love Beast's design and that classic ball room scene. I've also seen Lion King, Hercules (a huge favourite of mine. Pegasus and Phill, ehehe. The Greek influences in that movie are brilliantly drawn. Great art direction), and Aladdin.

I love Disney movies. I love the music, the storyline...

My favorite movie is probably The Hunchback of Notre Dame. But the only thing I don't like it because Disney has censored it. And they added mister "Prince in Shining Armor" (pony pun intended) in it and let Esmeralda fall in love with the good looking man.

DARN IT, WHY COULDN'T SHE FALL IN LOVE WITH QUASIMODO LIKE IT WAS ORIGINALLY INTENDED?! WHY?

But if you ignore the fact that every prince and princess are too perfect, I really love the Disney movies.

And gotta say... My favorite villain EVER is Gaston!

... Especially I love his song. :3 The lyrics are just... amazing! XD

I think my favorite Disney movies are Fantasia, Aladdin, Hercules, and The Lion King.

Fantasia will always stand out as my sole die-hard favorite because of the approach Disney did to animation and music in general. All of the scenes were greatly directed and the scores were very well composed. Night on Bald Mountain leaves me shivering every time, and The Sorcerer's Apprentice was a very friendly but moving scene.

Sure, I love the classics like; Lion King, Aladdin, Hercules, 101 Dalmatians, Mulan, Tron, Lady and the Tramp...

But who wouldn't forget 'A Goofy Movie'? I had a crush on Max when I was little, I must admit haha

this right here. you see this folks? it's the best Disney movie that has ever been made. i just seriously love it to pieces. the setting, the music, the characters, and the plot just all hit the good spot for me. such a great funny, feel-good kind-of movie.

Disney eh?

Well I love some of the classics like The Sword in the Stone and Robin hood. But my favorite is actually Atlantis.

This is without going into live action or Pixar/Disney stuff of course.

Eh, I thought A Goofy Movie was good in it's premise, but it totally took the character of Goofy and made him the complete opposite of Walt's original vision. I understand that they were trying to get him to do a more modern approach on parenting but I just didn't see it. If the movie wasn't called "A Goofy Movie" and instead just had to kept onto Max, then I think I would have received it a lot better. It's sort of like if you took Daffy Duck and made an entire movie about how he tries to deal with his daughter's period. It just doesn't work with his character.

Disney was (and is) one of the main things that got me started drawing...I loved The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, The Lion King, Alice in Wonderland, and so many more I can't write them all down here. To me, Disney was a dream place where anything could happen. I still think something similar to this day, but the difference is I want to be one of the people to make those dreams come true :3
