Happy new year! As we head into 2013, I would like to give a gift to the Forum. It is an original piece of artwork by me. It is none other than Rarity! 

 

 

 

Yeah, it's not perfect, but it's my first try. It is slightly GIMPed. The only thing GIMPed is my signature and some of the background for the whiteness to be white. Other than that, it is "Purist".

Very true. Everyone said we wouldn't survive 2012, but in your face, society! (And Mayans). We can accomplish anything. We are the biggest growing fandom EVER. So, what's our future? That is completely up to us.

Well, the Mayans made their calendar centuries ago so people should've known they were wrong. Our future could be decided next year, we will never know until 2013 comes.

Well, you see. Doomsday supposedly happened 5 months ago, because the Mayans didn't factor in leap years or daylight savings.   Silly them... illiteracy.

Angelic compared to normal? What is "Normal" for Rarity? Well, the wings are supposed to look different from pegasus wings. It's the "enchanted" wings Twilight gave her.  I do think the lyre gives a nice touch,
