Since this year is about to come to a close, I would like to say Happy New Year! To all of you ponies out there in other countries/states in this wonderful community.

Futhermore, we all want to look back at the three Seasons of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, so to celebrate the new year. We should all put our favorite song from Season 3.

'Raise This Barn' was my favorite.  I love the country touches, and Applejack's singing voice.  The montage for the song was one of the best of season three, only losing out to Babs Seed.

Definitely Babs Seed. It is such a good song with a good beat and good lyrics. It is definitely the best CMC song so far. I really enjoyed it.

Babs Seed: Michelle Creber is in it. 'Nuff said.

Raise This Barn: Fiddlesticks! Applejack has a great voice.

Failure Success: Spike finally sang, and Twilight showed off her nerdiness.

Definitely Babs Seed so far. I liked the ones from the season premiere too though. I really hope something as great as This Day Aria is somewhere in this season. Especially with all the foreshadowing this season has had so far. Super big bad guy with awesome bad guy song!

As of right now, my favorite song is Babs Seed. The CMC's singing is spot on and the mood fits perfectly for all of them. I guess after 3 seasons, the writers really have a feel for the crusaders now. In season 1 we got the CMC theme song which sounded bad on purpose. Season 2 gave us the perfect stallion which got a bit grating on my ears after a little while because it was mostly Sweetie singing with her high pitch voice. Finally, fast forward to season 3 and you will be surprised how far our favorite blank flanks have come XD.

I more or less agree.  While I do like "Raise this Barn" best so far, I'd say that there's nothing yet that holds a candle to something like "The Art of the Dress" "At the Gala", "Winter Wrap Up," the "This Day" Aria, or the Smile song.

Sometimes a song takes a while to grow on me.   like "Raise This Barn"  It hasn't yet grown on me but it will in time.  They've all ended up on a CD which I carry in the car,  and listen to on my way to and from home and work and wherever else i'm going.
