This is the official unofficial thread for the Open Pandora hand held computer/games console.

For anyone who doesn't know what I'm rambling on about, check the link above ^.

As my opening statement suggests Open Pandora is a small computer, around the same size as a Nintendo DS but has only one screen. It has a qwerty keyboard, two analogue nubs, directional buttons, four other face buttons, two shoulder buttons and a touch screen.

This device runs a modified version of Ångström linux, a full desktop OS. The system is also capable of natively running games such as Quake 3 well, it can even emulate PS1 and N64 with good results.

So... what do you people think about this marvellous device? Is it worth it's hefty price tag?

Just had a thought, if I could put a 3G adapter into this somehow, I might get it.

Time to hit the internet.
