Star Wars Battlefront, don't need to be a SW fan to like it (I'm not much of one) but its fun!

Its been said several times already but TF2! Its free on steam and a brilliant game.

 

Another good free steam game is Alien Swarm. Its a top down team based PvE shooter with really good gameplay.

 

As for the 360... uuuh, sorry I've got nothing. Haven't bought a 360 game in months.

YES! A thousand times yes! I used to have this when I had my PS2. I played it loads, it pretty much introduced me to shooters.
