If it was one of my best friends, then yes, but not some random stranger. If my wings were disabled, then I wouldn't be able to save anypony else later on!

Actually, I'm just posing premade puppets.  A tutorial is available

, but it's for animating the puppets. Posing puppets is easier than animating, though. My actual art is here. Everything except the Twilight Sparkle pics are made from scratch. Anyway, better get to the questions!

It's mostly just a matter of speed. If you can go fast enough, you do one. Of course, only rainbow-colored ponies can do true Sonic Rainbooms.
