Show me your weapons!

Similar to the "Show me your instruments!" thread, do as it says. Show me your weapons, whether they are firearms, bladed, or otherwise, etc., feel free to show off if you so choose to. While we're here, we may as well also openly discuss them as well! I'll start, then.

 

 

 

From Left to Right to bottom:

 

I've got an old survival knife, unsure of the name.

 

A Winchester Bowie Knife, gotta love that wooden handle, eh?

 

An Elk Ridge Tomahawk.

 

Some (as far as I know) brandless Kukri, I love it though.

 

A Crop-Hook (or gut-hook if you're having a bad day) Machete that I bought at an outdoors store.

 

An MTech Extreme Self Defence Knife (I call it the Eviscerator.)

 

and on the bottom, just a plain Walmart Machete because, well hey, why not? It's a machete.

Hmmm, I own no 'weapons' per se, that is if you don't qualify my FISTS OF STEEL as weapons. 

 

 

I've been known to drop a full grown tyrannosaurus with one shot. Who needs weapons when I'm rocking these guns.

Heheh, too right mate. Out of curiosity then, do you happen to do any martial arts?

Yes actually. I grew up with karate and taekwondo. In high school I got into Kickboxing, and I was fairly good at it too. 

 

Haven't been fighting much lately though. I need to get back into shape lol

Either a MK45 Mod 1, 2, and 4, Mk44, Mk 38, and Mk 75. Or the Mk 41VLS. Or oooooodles of various small arms. Come at me bro...... Actually they wouldn't be mine. But I'll use them!!!

Well well well. I guess I'm not the only one here who have "Fist of Steel" 'eh? I thought it was only in my family martial art and ancient Chinese which is nearly extinct. Well, there's another which is called "Merpati Putih" (Look for it. It's pretty awesome) which is pretty similar to my family martial art. I don't know that Karate or Taekwon Do, and Kickboxing also learn "The way of breath". I thought Karate and Taekwon Do are only a physical martial art.

Called Kujang by my people, but I don't really care about the name actually.

Well, I use my hands more often in a fight since I don't want to kill anyone or anything and I don't really feel safe with sharp pointed objects.

As far as the not feeling safe with sharp objects, I know that feeling, especially since I have slashed my leg with one of the blades in my picture (The one furthest left.), wasn't fun. The ironic thing was that I had just sharpened it too.....

I've never really owned a weapon of any kind unless you count my five kitchen knife set (imagine the biggest one been the same kind used in Halloween movies, only a bit sharper) and my Swiss pocketknife.

I don't have any real weapons, but I have a heck of a carving knife in the kitchen that would sure make an intruder think twice. Failing that, does running really fast in the other direction count?

As far as the not feeling safe with sharp objects, I know that feeling, especially since I have slashed my leg with one of the blades in my picture (The one furthest left.), wasn't fun. The ironic thing was that I had just sharpened it too.....

 

Well, not just beauty. It's very effective if you can use it right. It's mainly used to 'block and hack'. You can see that the outer metal is the harder part right? That's for the blocking side. The inner side (The sharp or the softer metal) is for hacking, but it's curved design make it easier to block with the inner side too. See that the lower part of the inner side is dominated by the harder metal, but still has the softer (sharp) metal to slash. It's very good for stabbing as well. See the hilt? That's designed to be used with both normal or reserved grip. It's also make it easier to spin the knife with my hand and reserve my grip.

I'm Canadian. You can't have anything without owning a license for it. So only kitchen knives.(Which is actually a very good idea due to the fact that our crime rate is so low... but yea)

I also have a several swords, mostly katana's. Two from The Last Samurai, Gandalf's sword, some others, and one that I can actually use. A full tang, hand folded/forged katana. These are not with me though. I keep forgetting to get them from my dad's house.

i dont own any weapons, but i have a small collection of tools in my room

box cutter, Remington fixie, Kershaw Skyline folder (EDC), old ass Swiss Army knife, Leatherman Supertool 200, some old buck type knife. Marlin 780 bolt action in .22, and a New England Arms 12 gauge single shot.

I also own a pair of Nunchaku although I'm only allowed to have them on me when I'm taking them to and from my Kickboxing training. They're not really proper ones either, they have a blue foam coating around them which is required by my martial arts club. They're still pretty awesome though.

I'm glad it's like this, though, much safer than the United States :3

I do have a boxcutter under my mattress, though. It'd be useless, but...just in case. XD

not really the size of the blade that matters, its how its implemented  if you catch someone off guard with a box cutter, it will be just as effective as a fixed blade bowie.

I'll re-use these pics I posted in another thread, most of this is just "looks cool" crap, I do have some good knives laying around though(including the kershaw I carry), I really don't think of them as weapons though

 

Maybe I'll get those together for a pic.

this is the my favorite sword i have about 9 more tho. i have been collecting swords for a few years now. still dont know much about them but they are fun to have. this sword is the Red Queen from the Devil May Cry 4 game. if a zombie Apocalypse happens i think i will be more then ready to defend my self.

Me, the only thing I have is a pair of nunchucks.  They're padded and plastic, but I also used to own a pair of real wooden ones too.  Was pretty good with them, but am years out of practice.

Nothing really except for a old unsharpened sword, a rather large knife set...AND MY FISTS!!! though I'm sure I have a box cutter around here somewhere
