Sableye is best... whatever he is, diamond demon thing. He's still awesome.

I haven't played many games in my days, but I've played Minecraft, and that moment when you're sitting in a dark room and a skeleton shoots an arrow at you.. Man.. All I can do is jump out of my skin.

*Twang*

Scariest thing ever.

Climbing a ladder while arrows whizz by your face. Then that one fateful strike happens and you plummet to your doom at the hands of the zombies bellow... I know your fear of skeletons man.

I don't usually go out of my way to play scary games, but Queen Vanessa's Manor in A Hat in Time is probably the most freaked out I've ever gotten in a game. The developers actually hid a secret in the basement which lets you skip the entire section, but I didn't know that until after I finished the game.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

I'd say The Small Horse, it's the weirdest mod on Amnesia (with ponies:toldya:). It meant to be funny and random (I guess), but actually it's frightening. Games like Outlast, fnaf, Resident Evil, etc try to be scare and they are predictable because of this, The Small Horse is very unsettling because of mixed randomness and horror, you just don't understand what's happening and it scares you
