Hmm, I have heard that switching tends to work better when the host is tired... Perhaps I should wait until later at night, when I'm about ready to fall asleep? I just need to try to not actually fall asleep...

(Well hopefully you are able to switch with ariel. It is a weird but interesting feeling for chris and i. I think i should wake chris back up. I know that he wants to upload the journal of friendship for everypony)

I get these impulses to get up and move around, and I've never had this happen before

I had also experience unknown movements in listening to the twilight hypnosis before, my right arm moved upward on its own, it reached 7 inches from its original position. When my arm moved I sense some wave of energy flowed through it, I believe that was ''summer'' XP, because that was really alien. Maybe that happened to you?
 

I have been away for a while and missed a lot of posts but... did you finally decide to make a tulpa?

Yeah my body also moved on it's own bit by bit when doing the hypnosis... so yea probably your body is trying to position itself to be a poni don't get wierded out by that :3 it's normal :3

It was PHB ponycon the pony con of my local country... and yes I've bought an Applejack mug though i haven't been able to buy other stuff because... so many people already bought it  Still it was very crazy fun especially the whole area became a nerf battle ground XD

Yeah she did say that but make sure you know that you are talking to her... feel her presence or the conversation is directed to her.. Whenever I try and parrot summer my head feels heavy and have headache all of the time... SO yeah, even when I narrate to summer like ask a question or just say something to her... when I just think of her my it will automatically parrot itself XP

Like that... I really asked that to summer and that what she said of course. I kinda did a little parroting there, to assist her but mostly that's her idea, i am pretty sure she said the ''make sure you feel her energy'' Even though I parroted there I believe that everything I typed was summer's,

Parroting still is a viable method of narrating, and lots of forcers do it, I'd imagine. I personally didn't do it, because I was afraid that I'd become paranoid of whether she was speaking on her own or if I was automatically parroting. Paranoid of parroting... Parrotnoid

I'm still trying to find a good method for myself.  I tried something new today, which is... actually, I'm not even sure how to describe it.  It's kind of like a cross between meditation and hypnosis?  What I did was, I pictured the tulpa in my mind and started narrating, but I gave it instructions, trying to get it to focus and imagine things in order to reach me.  I was saying things like this:

 

"Close your eyes and imagine that you're surrounded by nothingness.  All you hear is the sound of my voice off in the distance.  Now, focus on the voice, use your ears to zero in on it.  Keep your eyes closed; all you hear is my voice.  Now... think of all the things that make you happy.  Imagine these feelings spreading out from you like a bubble, surrounding you.  Carefully move all of it in front of you; imagine all of that happiness circling around you to one spot and collecting into a ball.  Now, take a deep breath in... focus on the sound of my voice... and try to push that ball of happiness towards me.  Let it create a conduit of happiness.  Let it stretch through the emptiness, making a path.  Once it reaches me, take another deep breath... now, try to speak through that path..."

 

It was kind of an odd, experimental approach, but one that I felt might be a good one to try.  I repeated things similar to this for a bit, and briefly I thought I felt a little bit of pressure in my head.  When I tried to ask for confirmation though, I didn't get a reply.  Still... maybe some progress?
